my sons bed had hair on the sheets and the room was overly warm as no air con or fans to keep the room cool and the loud music from the pub across didn't go off until past 1am and this is not what I am used to when staying at Premier Inns

I'm a fan of Premier Inns, never having had a bad stay in one and this was no exception. Comfortable as always, very helpful and friendly staff. I stayed the night of the Euro Final and the receptionist was Portuguese, so he was very happy! The breakfast was very good - freshly cooked and piping hot.

This is the 2nd time me, my husband and four children have stayed here. Booked two rooms which were next door to each other. We also booked the breakfast in the morning, plenty to chose from and accommodates my fussy children, perfect night sleep.

All in all a pleasant hotel with friendly and helpful staff, however...stayed in room 144 which was ridiculously hot! Hitting temperatures of 26oC, night times were very uncomfortable even with 2 fans on the go which were just circulating the hot air! I'm sure it would be lovely and toasty in the winter, but without the option of opening the... More

Arrived late evening met by a very helpful receptionist. Nothing was too much trouble. Delightful staff, clean room with kettle and tea/coffee facilities. A good nights stay and will definitely return if in the area.

Booked a room here to attend a craft workshop and exhibition at the arena at the beginning of June. My husband came with me as he decided to use the hotel as a base to go off and play with his new camera. Very welcoming reception staff who checked us in quickly. The room and bathroom were clean and well... More

Disappointing stay at Premier Inn. I was given a disabled room that smelled , the lighting did not work and the TV did not work. Disabled shower. Bad feeling all round; poor food at breakfast for some cereal and toast 8 quid. Premier Inn chiefs need to go into this place and have a look at the inadequacies; sort it... More

Stayed her when attending an event at the arena. Hotel as you would expect however, we were kept awake most of the night by noisy revellers!! Now the hotel cant help this but it would have been good if they attempted to rectify it. Also, there is a bar near the car park so people from there also affected our... More
