Staying here the night before flying out of Gatwick, having stayed a couple of years before the hotel is still as good as before. Home cooked food for reasonable prices, comfortable and clean room, friendly owner/staff that arrange the taxi to the airport, on site parking and my car was not moved during my time away, all for a reasonable...

This hotel is in a nice quiet location, it's fairly small which means it feels a bit more like a B and B The room was pleasant and fairly clean For the price it is excellent value, and we will be back next weekend!

The house looked lovely from the outside, but the room I stayed in was quite average, and the bathroom was quite basic. However the main problem was at check in. The woman at reception was really rude to me, she made me stand outside in the rain, it was January and very cold, so not ideal (she stated twice to...

'Hotel' conjours up a certain image, but I would say Waterhall rooms are more B&B; nothing wrong with a B&B, if that is what you are expecting. My room was small and OK ish.It was overly hot with no in room heating controls (underfloor heating?) which meant I had to open a window, which wasn't ideal in a ground floor...

Ample on site parking and a warm welcome by a member of staff on arrival. Our room was warm on this freezing evening with central heating radiators and an additional electric radiator. The room was clean and well stocked with tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom although compact, was functional and supplied with complementary toiletries. There was the additional...

just one night here before catching an early flight so we did not have breakfast. Could not fault our stay. Staff very friendly. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. A real bargain. Would stay again any time.

This hotel is a gem. We stayed at the beginning of our holiday and it was the perfect start. Check in was easy and we were shown to a very nice room. We ate in the conservatory that evening. A special mention to the glorious beef pie, we were not expecting the food to be this good. We left the...

Located in a quite area except for the planes going overhead which stopped at night. Comfortable country house. Good sized bathroom. Our room only had a shower which suited us not sure if other rooms have a bath. We had an evening meal and full english breakfast both of which were excellent.

Spent one night at the Waterhall on my way down to the South Coast. In a really nice country setting yet close to Gatwick Airport. The property has very good sound proofing so the planes flying past are not really heard. The rooms are very nice and comfy and there was an ample bathroom too. Breakfast was very filling to...
