This is a huge hotel. There is plenty of parking. The entrance is very impressive - big reception and large bar area and mezzanine with seating and the restaurant and a courtyard at the back. Our room was on the ground floor and the window/doors led on to one of the car parks. my first impression of the room was... More

I'm staying here right now for a week, after I booked I read the reviews which were pretty much dreadful. But I have to say I love it here! Staff are so friendly and very helpful, the decor may be a bit tired and dated but to be honest I didn't come on holiday to sit and look at curtains... More

Dirty, dirtty, dirty. It is falling apart too, having never been touched since the 70s. But I can deal with that. What I cannot deal with is dirt. There was thick dust in the restaurant, which I pointed out to the waiter, and he simply laughed at me. I complained to the manager, who was not interested and ran the... More

Hello everyone and to all staff @ Trip. I recently moved into this neighbourhood and I accommodated my buddy here , for one night. It was a walk in reservation at a very affordable price. The room was adequate for 2 people. The carpets were old and smelly. The bathroom was not a bathroom......if you know what I mean. Lighting... More

We parked and stayed very cheaply at this hotel before flying to Egypt. the rooms although dated are very clean and comfy with tea/coffee facilities and it was a perfect place to stay on a low budget. there is a bar and a pool you can use too.

The appearance from the outside and the website was ok. However, how deceiving that was... The decor was like walking back in time to the 1980's, and to be honest, evidently it had not been touched since then. The bathroom door panels were coming off, water stains on the walls (from an old leaks), massive rips in the upholstered dining... More

On arrival I thought the hotel was not that bad until I was informed I was not in the hotel but was in a lodge across the car park. I got to my room and as you enter the building you are greeted by the smell of damp. This continued in my room. The room did have a tv which... More

It was only for one night before an early morning flight back to Spain so we went cheap and paid for two rooms at £35.00 each for the room and an additional £10.00 each for a three course evening meal. The hotel is dirty, smelly and one of our rooms had no heating because the radiator controls were missing so... More

My wife and myself booked into the Brittania lodge for one night we were shown to a room which had obviously been used by a smoker as everything smelt of stale smoke .we reported this to reception who moved us to another room . The cleanleness was something to be desired the bathroom was something out of the ark very... More
