Put in a first room where the toilet seat was stained brown and the wallpaper was falling off and uneven. Scratches on every surface. Requested to move rooms which was accommodated efficiently by friendly staff. Moved to a bigger room which was better, but remained tired, old wallpaper, pictures hung in the wrong places in the room, hairs in the...

For a one night stay, for a trip where you plan to be in your room for as little time as possible, for cheap... that's the only time Britannia Lodge/Europa should even be a consideration. Parking at this hotel is an absolute nightmare, where there are literally cars dumped everywhere. To be honest, Europa looks as though it's been a...

When it's cost 40.00 quid you know it's not going to be perfect, but great location for airport, bar is cheap and two great pubs nearby. Buffett food and pub classics food available and yes it's average, rooms a bit dated and a little worse for where in places but 40 quid come on most other places was 80-200 quid....

We stayed at this hotel as part of a coach package. When we pulled into the carpark I remembered it from a previous coach package. The rooms are dirty, dated and this is the same throughout the hotel. The dark wood panelling needs either a proper clean or replacing. The carpets also need replacing they are dirty and threadbare in...

As others have stated, this is not a good place, no bedding (4 hours and 5 trips to reception to sort it!) no bulbs in night lights! And tatty. But if you do book a stop over (can't imagine anyone would stay here more than a night) DO NOT book the food. My pasta salad was so off it had...

So come here for a 1 night stop over with parking for the duration of my holiday. We pre booked the meal and breakfast and was hoping for a nice relaxing night before our flight. The first issue was we had to drive around to find a parking space and ended up putting the car somewhere I am still not...

This is a huge hotel. There is plenty of parking. The entrance is very impressive - big reception and large bar area and mezzanine with seating and the restaurant and a courtyard at the back. Our room was on the ground floor and the window/doors led on to one of the car parks. my first impression of the room was...

I'm staying here right now for a week, after I booked I read the reviews which were pretty much dreadful. But I have to say I love it here! Staff are so friendly and very helpful, the decor may be a bit tired and dated but to be honest I didn't come on holiday to sit and look at curtains...

Dirty, dirtty, dirty. It is falling apart too, having never been touched since the 70s. But I can deal with that. What I cannot deal with is dirt. There was thick dust in the restaurant, which I pointed out to the waiter, and he simply laughed at me. I complained to the manager, who was not interested and ran the...

Hello everyone and to all staff @ Trip. I recently moved into this neighbourhood and I accommodated my buddy here , for one night. It was a walk in reservation at a very affordable price. The room was adequate for 2 people. The carpets were old and smelly. The bathroom was not a bathroom......if you know what I mean. Lighting...
