Seven of us went out for a Xmas meal. Good value for money. Staff were pleasant. Didn't have to wait. We had Xmas fare was very nice only thing main course could have been hotter and place was very busy so food shouldn't have been hanging around. But will go again

We stayed here three nights and found The White House a pleasant place to stay. Staff was helpful, meals in the restaurant were good, breakfast was excellent. We found the lighting in our room to be quite dim. Overall our room was clean and adequate.

Hotel is nice enough. Little dated and tired in places but staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy. Toiletries are sachets so better to bring your own. Breakfast is good. Staff are very cheerful and helpful for that time of the morning. Restaurant is good food good reasonably priced

This is a clean looking small hotel with adequate rooms and a modern bar. The staff are very helpful. Detail cleaning is not the best as the bathroom extractor and curtains were decorated with fluff and cobwebs. There is not much in the way of soundproofing as overamorous couples and nightime revellers returning to rooms can be heard in intimate...

With it being October I would like to think the staff would turning heating on for when people arrive in there room. The room transferred me back to the 1990's with old outdated...

My wife and I decided to visit here yesterday as it was our wedding anniversary and for a trip down memory lane for her as she worked here nearly 40 years ago as a chef. On arrival we were greeted in the reception and then taken through to the restaurant. The staff were very pleasant and found a table for...
