Sorry I cannot recall if there was a lift. I was on the ground floor and managed to get to and from my bedroom with a large golf bag I seem to recall that there were ramps to get to the Hotel itself but wouldn't guarantee it. However it is modern so I would expect it to be Wheelchair friendly. The staff there were great so I'd be inclined to give them a call if you have concerns
