The Old Post Office in South Marston is still probably the best B&B in England. I stayed for 3 nights and was once again impressed by the friendliness of the owners - Roger & Jackie, by the comfort of the bed and the general standard of the room. If I am again in the area I will almost certainly stay... More

I just never want to go home. Friendly atmosphere, good food, great location, nice pub down the road, a comfy bed and a good nights sleep there is no where else I would go when attending the Air Tattoo at RAF Fairford every year.

Myself and partner stayed here for 1 night (25/6/16) all we can say is that it was amazing! We arrived and were greeted by the lovely lady Jackie, who runs the business, extremely welcoming with a hug for us both! We were made to feel at home from the offset and throughout! We were shown around the guest house and... More

Room was spacious, clean and airy. Bed was extremely comfortable. Full English breakfast was absolutely amazing - in fact - I didn't need any lunch! Jackie is incredibly welcoming and friendly and a fantastic host. Felt at home and it was a lovely place to stay. It's also incredibly convenient for the M4 and for accessing the beautiful Wiltshire countryside.

We were given a wonderful warm welcome by Jackie, the proprietor, who went out of her way to ensure that everything was to our liking. The room was spotless and well equipped and the breakfast was truly amazing, the best we've had! We would definitely recommend The Old Post Office.

We discovered this wonderful gem many years ago and always stay here whenever we visit Swindon. The warmth of the welcome is matched only by the immaculately kept rooms and the delicious breakfasts. It is a real home from home with mattresses to die for and we will definitely be back for more!! Rosie and Colin Buxton

We stayed here for 2 nights last summer along the way from the Stonehenge to Oxford. We somehow got lost a bit trying to find the place but the owner managed to lead us through the phone and we found the place. The landlady is just amazing. The building is just to our taste. Not to mention the full-English breakfast... More
