I stayed here for the night prior to working in wroughton the following day. Arriving at 8pm, I had a fantastic well presented meal cooked beautifully and in my opinion worth the money! And the staff and service was lovely.😀 I stayed in room 3 which was lovely and cosy, very clean and decorated in a New England/shabby chic fashion...

Visited on a Saturday as our first choice was full. We were struck by how few people were there for a Saturday. It did fill up later. Prices are on the high side £15 -£20 more than similar pubs who usually charge about the £10 mark. Ordered burgers as they are now available in evening at £10. They were good...

Why do eateries always seem to forget those of us who have people in their party, who just like 'classic pub food'? When we did find something, it was on the Lunch menu,...

Came for works Christmas lunch, initial impressions were excellent as impressed by decor. We were seated in a sort of extension which seemed bit like a posh shed....it had a wood burner but this seemed bit temperamental as a customer had to help get it going... Order taken in good time but then had to wait over for food (table...

Was fully booked which is always a good sign when eating out as obviously very popular. The girls that work there were all happy to help and looked like they work extremely hard! With one...
