They made the effort to email me, call (after not getting a reply from me), text, and try to address a variety of things. They even called the agency (Booking.com) for me. I've also heard good things about them from others. Recommended.

We stayed over the new year period with friends and had a warm welcome from the owner and found it to be a very friendly and cosy B&B. Rooms very clean, fresh and warm with nice touch of biscuits and sweets on arrival. Very conveniently situated to the town with bus station and rail station within easy walking distance. Nice... This was our 2nd time in 5 months staying at Ash Grove Guest House. It is conveniently situated for all that Harrogate and surrounding areas has to offer, it is very clean with a homely atmosphere, the owners are so genuinely friendly and welcoming plus their home cooked breakfasts are delicious and plentiful . Our advice is do stay here!

Stayed for one night in July. Arrived as agreed and was met by Tabs. Tabs gave us a parking permit to use; free of charge! The room allocated was clean, fresh and the ensuite was excellent. Had a comfortable night, slightly noisy from cars but this was our choice to stay at front. (Tabs had offered us the choice of... More

I had a great room with ensuite, the welcome that you get from Tabs is super, and Pritpal sure does a good breakfast. Great welcome, service and stay, fresh water and well stocked tea tray, super clean. A home from home. Will... More

Great hotel, make sure you agree a time to arrive and stick to it or you'll have to wait a little until the owner turns out. Partly our fault so not a negative. Very nice rooms and ensuite. Very clean tea coffee biscuits fresh water we have no complaints. Great breakfast the next morning too. Thanks we will be back.

We had three nights at the Ash Grove. The room was clean, comfortable, and well presented, with a good firm bed and good blackout blinds to keep the early morning sun out. The breakfast was excellent and Tabs and Pritpal were very welcoming, helpful and friendly hosts who couldn't do enough for us. Tabs even made sure one of us... More

We have just stayed in Ash Gove for 3 days with friends for a get together. It was ideal for our needs, and Tabs and Pritpal made us feel we were part of their family, they bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. It was good to have your own key, so you could come and go as you... More
