We had one night here in May. Parking is out back (limited) or on street out front (permit needed from proprietor). Nice, old-fashioned style building/interior, clean, lots of stairs. We were up in the gods, no lift, so be prepared to climb lots of stairs unless you specifically book something lower down. Nice enough room, comfy bed, lots of free... More

Stayed 1 night over the weekend. Room was great. Very comfy bed and pillows, tea and coffee with nice cups and saucers, good shower .Room faced the small car park (room for 4 cars but tight) so fairly quiet. Patricia explained the parking zone problems but you will be given a permit to allow you to park on the road... More

Stayed here for one night. Lovely hotel, very pleasant and friendly owners and staffs nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast was really good with plenty to eat, room nice and clean with tea and coffee in the room. Great location five minutes walk and you are in the middle of Harrogate. I would stay here again next time in Harrogate.

Really enjoyed our stay here. We booked a triple room, which was both spotless and spacious. Staff were friendly and informative about local attractions. Great breakfast too. Good location only 5 minute walk into town

Booked three double rooms for a one night stay. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were warm, clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and we were offered more if we wanted it. Close to the town centre but not noisy. Would use again.

Being too hot we turned the radiator off, but heat still came from it, so my husband forced a top window open. The worst was the super king... More
