Very friendly welcome, great knowledge of local area. Tony recommended a lovely pub for dinner which was just along the road and saved me a walk into the centre of town - The Swan is well worth a visit, as is 10 Devonshire place. Wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

Each year myself and a group of friends attend the Knitting and Stitching Show in Harrogate and we tried a number of hotels before discovering Shannon Court. I think was our 6th or 7th visit and each time we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We are always warmly welcomed by Tony and the rooms are very clean and comfortable with... More

We booked two rooms, one for our friends just a couple and one for me, my partner and 2 year old son. We stayed as we were visiting Wetherby Races which is around 20-25 mins drive away. The owner greeted us and was friendly and relaxed giving us keys to access the house and the room. The rooms were to... More

Excellent room (single), plenty big enough for a short stay and ticked all my boxes: clean, (very) quiet and comfortable. Lovely fluffy towels, snuggly duvet, TV, coffee maker, lots of lovely hot water, a work desk and lots of power sockets for all the gadgets. The only thing I might have missed if I had long hair, was a full-sized... More
