Having stayed for Friday/Saturday nights there is nothing I can add to the compliments already written about the Dales Guest House. Ideally situated with the park opposite and ten minute walk from the town centre. Large rooms and an excellent choice of breakfast. Parking made a easier because of the permits that are supplied once you have checked in.

We arrived late on Friday night to a warm welcome by our hostess. The room was clean and spacious, breakfasts were cooked to order, with plenty of choices. Little touches like fresh fruit in our room and fresh flowers made all the difference. Plenty of free parking outside and right next to a lovely park, it's just a pleasant 10...

Perfect central location, yet quiet with free parking on the doorstep. Easy walk to some great restaurants and bars. A comfortable room, an excellent breakfast and a most welcoming hostess - B&B at its best.

A lovely welcoming B&B with spacious bedrooms, comfy beds, and a generous breakfast. 10 minutes walk to city centre through a very pretty park. Also free on street parking outside accommodation a bonus.

Just returned from a 4 day visit to this hotel and all I can say is, it was great. Comfy beds, great breakfast with choices of juices, cereals, cooked breakfast, toast and jams. Pleasant staff, opposite the park and a slight walk out of town. Plenty of hot water for showers, great luxury towels, also tea making facilities in the...

I was in Harrogate for a writers festival that meant much of the accommodation in the town was booked out for that weekend. By a bit of luck I managed to get the last room at The Dales, and I'm so glad that I did. Talking to others at the festival staying at larger (and much more expensive) hotels, I...

Lovely B&B, lovely little touches like flowers and biscuits in room, massive bathroom, custom breakfast. Let us put luggage in room early, and leave luggage till late on day of leaving. Lovely location opposite Valley Park, within walking distance of town centre and train station.
