My wife and I visited Brimham Rocks Cottages for our minimoon and stayed in the Lilac Cottage. It had a well equipped kitchen, lovely four poster bed and a living/dining area that was more than substantial for two people. The swimming pool was clean and well sized; we had it to ourselves everyday, perhaps due to the time of year?...

My Self and my partner stayed here for Half tem and found the cottage to be warm and cosy and the Hot tub was a great too. Although I don't have any photos on this review I was a little concerned about our stay having read a number of poor reviews for our specific cottage! Although the place could do...

No need to write a lot really - the pictures say it all, which is why we only stayed three nights! After complaining the owners had the cheek to offer £50 when we wrote to Hoseasons again they (the owners refused to comment) but at least Hoeseasons did the right thing and offered a 50% refund.

Booked this cottage at the last minute so probably not what we would have normally gone for but the choice was limited, however we were really pleased with it. The cottage was cosy yet spacious and well kitted out, the wine and chocolates were nice. Went with a dog and two early teens who all loved the nearby rocks, a...

Having spent nearly £600 to spend a week in the willow cottage we have sadly cut our stay short by 3 days. Upon arrival we was told our cottage had had a burst pipe and they nearly cancelled us (I wish they had), we found the cottage to be really damp and fusty. There was plaster falling off the walls,...

We have just paid nearly £600 to stay in the willow cottage for a week. Turned up to be told that they had a water leak and nearly cancelled us (wish they had). After spending 5 days sitting in a damp and fusty cottage we decided to call time on our holiday and return home. The decor was tired with...

We had a lovely time staying in lilac cottage at Brimham with our little boy (8 months). Travel cot and high chair were booked and set up on arrival. Owners were very friendly and helpful offering tips on visiting the rocks and where to eat (although the local pub didn't serve food until our little mans bedtime) when showing us...

Spent a week in Cherry cottage with our 16 yo son. Cottage was great and we especially liked the excellent pool and games room which we used every night. Walked up to Brimham Rocks every evening after eating at the excellent Half Moon Inn a couple of miles down the road. All in all an excellent stay.

We had a fantastic stay here, I went with my Husband and 2 girls who were 13, one has Special Needs. They loved the pool and we went in every day, sometimes twice, most of the time we had it to ourselves. We were a bit confused when getting changed as if you locked the door nobody else could use...

“Cedar cottage bedroom is large, light and airy. A cottage is a cottage not a mansion! If your expecting 5* go to a hotel instead!”

“For those with a young and active toddler, (but still in a travel cot), Willow cottage would not, in our opinion, be the best choice as there is a very beautiful, but very steep spiral staircase. Was fine for the first time we went with a babe in arms, but not so good now the 'little monkey' is mobile!”
