I can't recommend enough how much you must make a reservation at the Glasha Farmhouse. Olive was so gracious and amazing. Made us a delicious dinner of Spring Lamb and was quick to offer alternatives for those in our group of 7 that did not like lamb (only 1). Breakfast was unbelievable...so many homemade goodies to choose from. The rooms... More

Traveled with my husband, dad and daughter. Room was lovely and plenty of room for us all. Breakfast was wonderful. Olive was such a delight. Recommended we take a walk and visited the local pub down the street. It was Saturday night so pub was full of locals. Fun to just listen to them talk.

This Ireland charmer is located in the beautiful countryside outside of Waterford. The accommodations were great, the atmosphere was wonderful, Olive and har staff were delightful, and the food was first class. I would go back in a heartbeat, but stay longer! Sarah B.

After reading the reviews about Glasha I was looking forward to my stay. What a disappointment. We had booked and paid for a particular room with dinner included. On arrival we were told that we were not booked for dinner. (Olive was away on holidays) I presume they checked with her as we were told later we were booked for... More

Olive is a delightful hostess who seems to have limitless energy and enthusiasm for directing guests on their adventures around the Irish countryside. We stayed for two nights towards the end of our 10 day visit, and we absolutely loved Glasha in all its charm and creature comforts. The rooms were lovely, with king-sized beds and nice, clean bathrooms. Breakfast... More

This quaint little farmhouse outside of Waterford was very nice! Olive, the owner was extremely friendly and welcoming and gave us tips on where to find dinner, take walks and even a good way to drive on our way to our next stop, Kinsale! Her recommended drive was beautiful!! Her breakfast was quite elaborate and very well plated!! She served... More

Olive is a delightful hostess who deserves her accolades. Home cooking at its best, delightful knowledgable banter & a room styled comfortably. Location is peaceful, scenic & comforting. Spacious sitting areas, farm surrounds- heaven.

This was the first place my family stayed during our Ireland / Scotland excursion. After our stay we were worried that everything would be down hill from there because the farmhouse was just that lovely! Every room (we had three) was different but spacious and cozy. The food was to die for! Olive mad lamb that just fell of the... More

My traveling companion and I happened upon Glasha two years ago as we were choosing our accommodations on the fly. Luckily Mrs O'Gorman had a room available. We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived - the place is beautiful. The setting in the farmland is peaceful and relaxing. Olive was a very friendly and gracious host, offering tea and... Olive and her staff were wonderful. We were running late for check in and I gave her a call to let her know where we were at. We weren't able to grab dinner so she made us a late meal. She went out of her way to make us comfy. This was a bucket list trip for myself and my... More
