We had a very bad experience in this hotel. Although it looks nice from outside, the inside is not...the furniture in the rooms is old with a very uncomfortable mattress, no airco (it was 30 degree during our stay), no internet signal in our room, and the cherry on top was the noise. Our drunk neighbor had his TV very... More

Nice hotel in a good location. The room was a bit small but spotless and nicely decorated. There was a big shower room. The exterior, the hallways and vending machines in the foyer are what let's the hotel down. Staff were very nice and friendly.

I enjoyed my stay here but I found it strange that you cannot open the windows more than 2 inches and also that the heating was on in July! We had a good breakfast but were somewhat startled by a large group of Americans singing their national anthem. It was July 4 I suppose.

Our 8 year old daughter found drugs in our wardrobe 10 minutes into our stay, the gym although listed as part of the leisure facilities was not available to under 16's yet it stated leisure facilities available to children if supervised in the room guide, and yet apparently at the back of the same booklet it contradicts this claim. Although... More

Dear Peadar B, You state that "drugs" were found in your room 10 minutes after arrival, you never approached any member of our staff to state same, on departure however you gave reception an envelope containing paracetamol and said they were found in your room. With regard to our gym, there are notice both outside and inside the leisure centre... More

Very dated decor and basic facilities. No room service available & not catering for children. Overpriced for general room rates & B&B. A lot of 60+ age group (sorry no offence) staying in the hotel. Rooms clean & fresh but really need brightening and updating.

Dear Susan, Our public area, extensive lobbies, bar and restaurant decor is reflective of the period of the hotel, and we take pride in offering modern day services and facilities, with the charms and atmosphere of times past. We are a 3 star hotel and as such do not offer room service except for breakfast service, we welcome our younger... More

My wife and two of our adult children stayed here for a christening and we were very happy with the hotel, the staff and the location. The rooms are decent, well presented with good amenities including good WIFI access. If I have one complaint over the room it was just the limitation on TV channels and the quality of those... More

I stayed here while visiting a relative and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with quality of service and the rooms. I was greeted by a lovely friendly lady called Emily who was so helpful. She gave me a newly refurbished room which was finished to a high quality and comfort especially for the price. Can't recommend it... More
