We stayed here last night as we were attending a wedding at the four seasons. The rooms were spotless and fresh. We got a lift down to the hotel which was nice, great service! The breakfast was very good and poached eggs were made for the vegetarian one of us. Highly recommended!

We were attending a wedding nearby and from the initial call to reserve the rooms and throughout our stay Violet was extremely helpful and friendly. On arrival Violet and Noel made us feel welcome, provided a variety of home baked cakes and tea, arranged for a taxi for us and details of where to visit. The rooms were spacious, clean... More

We visited with our two boys in October and were made to feel very welcome. Our room was very spacious and well equipped, with plenty of clean towels. Our room and bathroom were very clean and the home cooked breakfast was fantastic each morning. Our boys didn't want to come home. We will be sure to come and stay again

The rooms are clean and well furnished, the rooms at the front of the house have a beautiful view over it's lawns and surrounding farmland. The breakfast(full Irish) was extremely good and sufficient for the whole morning.Violet and Noel are friendly people,I could have spent my complete stay just speaking to them.

Stayed in March 2015, whilst attending a wedding at Castle Leslie. Our hosts Violet and Noël greeted us warmly, and we were given tea and scones before being taken personally by them to the Castle. Our room was clean and comfortable and we had a delicious home cooked breakfast the next morning at a time mutually convenient to us and... More

Just recently stayed here for 2 night, very comfortable, clean, quite and with great hosts, they both could not do enough for us, including dropping us to the Castle instead of getting taxi's. Both very kind and appreciated, will recommend to others, thank you both Violet and Noel for accommodating us. If we are ever back that way will make... More

We recently stayed at the Windmill House B & B. Violet and Noel were so welcoming and friendly. Their guest house is extremely well presented and yet has a 'homely' appeal. Lovely breakfast, comfortable beds, soft towels, just lovely. The location is a wee bit out of town, the road is not especially 'walkable' safely into town, but a quick... More
