Unique weekend

Thanks to the amazing team for a fabulous weekend in this unique setting. The 4 course evening meals were delicious. Excellent quality. Breakfast could be improved and maybe more variety. Overall the staff here couldn't have been nicer and they did everything to make our stay so nice. We stayed in the sauna room and got the best room in the place. It was super and we were so blessed with the weather to be able to sit out on the Saturday afternoon after a few hours walking and enjoy a drink in this amazing setting. Thanks girls

Fabulous stay

We stayed at the Lighthouse for 2 nights and had a fabulous time. We stayed in that cottage with the sauna and had fantastic view. We also enjoyed great company and 2 delicious dinners. This place is worth every cent you spend. We can highly recommend a stay at the lighthouse. What an experience!

Clare Island Lighthouse

Cork Amazing experience from beginning to end. Quality of accommodation and food scores 100%. The welcome from Roie, Catriona, Ann and the rest of the staff was warm and welcoming. Ann cooks a mean duck🥰. It was akin to staying in someone's home. The various walks around the Island were not too strenuous. Definitely a place to return to.

What a Wonderful Way to Staycation

I booked the lighthouse last June for my Mum's 60th Birthday. We just got back and I cant speak highly enough of the experience we had. Firstly due to restrictions our initial dates had to to postponed and Roie was always so prompt in her responses and offered solutions whenever difficulties arose. When we got there we were welcomed by warm smiling faces and were shown to each of our rooms. We had the Tower Room , Achille View and the Sauna suite booked. Each room was immaculately finished with warm touches from the island. They were beautifully decorated and had some of the most breath taking views. We then were treated to pre dinner drinks in the main lounge, where we got to meet other patrons of the lighthouse. here cordial conversation was struck up and all of a sudden you felt like you were having drinks with friends. The food was divine , each course exquisitely presented and the Chef Ann going above and beyond to make my mum a birthday cake which was enjoyed by all. Every member of staff was friendly, personable and delivered what can only be described a first class experience with warm smile. I can not recommend this experience enough for couples, family or even companions. Thank you to all of the Clare Light House Team.…

Absolutely fabulous!!!!

My husband and I were lucky enough to stay here for a weekend in August. Its truest magical. I loved everything about it. Roie, Cathriona and the team were really lovely. We stayed in Cliff corner and the views from outside the door were truly breathtaking, like having your own Cliffs of Moher from the balcony. It is stunning. We had great weather and there was lots to do during the day. We climber Knockmor (v steep in parts) but well worth it. We hired bikes and did some cycling. And we swam in the cove. An experience not to be missed. This is an amazing place and one not to be missed. The food was also fantastic. And the team very accommodating.
