I attended a function here and stayed overnight. The hotel is located beside a busy shopping centre in the middle of the town and was very busy on the night. Check-in was busy but efficient and friendly. The bedroom was very large, comfortable and clean...More

I would recommend calling the directly with your requests and even speak with a supervisor if you get no where from front desk but this hotel was modern upgraded and was very nice . I had a single with a king bed but definitely call them directly first about your request and concerns and then if they answer to your satisfaction then book online or a manger maybe able to go ahead and do it for you. My room look out onvto the river boyne . It was a very nice renovated hotel in Drogheda. Right in the heart of everything. Cheers with your search

Just a thought in case it helps. There are usually much better deals if you google "locally" e.g.: "hotel deals in Co. Meath, Ireland" or when you visit 'Livingsocial', Groupon, or verychic. At the 'D' there are usually fabulous offers for "over 55s"/seniors in the Autumn. It's worth checking rather than just paying the 'rack rate'. Whichever way you choose, have a great time in 'Ireland's Ancient East.' Harry
