We stayed here for the Munster V Maori All Blacks game and weren't disappointed. We were a family of 4 and the hotel had phoned me a few days in advance to see if the children could share as they were at full capacity. This wasn't a problem for us so to our surprise we ended up in a suite... More

Myself and four friends stayed last night for our friends birthday. Can't fault this hotel. The food in their restaurant was just perfect. The package we received was excellent too and a lovely breakfast brought up to our room and we only requested this at last minute and this was facilities at short notice. Will definitely be back

Excellent hotel. Room was nice and staff very kind. I forgot my razor and asked he reception for a shaving kit. In less than 5 min I got one in my room at no charge. Very good price too. I do recommend this hotel for business or holidays.

This is a well-placed hotel, on the "other side" of the Shannon from the city centre, with its own car park, located under the building and offers very comfortable rooms and friendly staff. For the quality of the stay, it is well priced, but it is becoming rather tired with the carpets showing significant signs of wear. However, it offers... More

We stayed in an executive room on 4th floor. It was lovely, free water and a view of the Shannon what more could you want?We were in Ireland for a funeral and the hotel staff and the pleasant surroundings made a horrible time bearable. What was great was the executive lounge,we were able to relax and meet our family comfortably away from the... Everything from check in to the final check out everything was as you would expect at a four star hotel. Only one small gripe was having to pay for the parking at €7 per night, but don't let this put you off booking and enjoying. I would love to come back.

I cannot classify this hotel as a 4 star hotel. The room was basic at best. There was a basic coffee machine, no milk, no sugar, no tea and awful coffee The reception staff were pompous and snotty, even to the "honored guests" that were at reception in front of us (nice to know we weren't singled out). The bar... More

We spent a night here while attending an event in Limerick. The hotel is nicely decorated throughout - luxurious, modern, understated. The room was comfortable, spotless, a decent size. beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the manager was on hand welcoming guests when we arrived. We had a great meal in the Terrace restaurant, which I think... More
