We stayed Saturday and Sunday of St Patrick's weekend, we were going to see Aslan in The Big Top. Have to say we were greeted by a lovely team at reception very warm and friendly. We ate in Bryan's bar on both nights and the food and service was excellent, Seafood Chowder was amazing. Very reasonable room prices too. Already...

Good hotel and reception desk was really helpful. Good size rooms although the bathroom was a bit tired. Not sure if we were just unlucky but it was really noisy as there was a group of kids staying at the hotel and they were running around until gone 1 AM. The cooked Breakfast was excellent when it arrived but it...

Check-in was lovely, very pleasant welcome. That was as good as things got unfortunately. The room was averaged sized and on first quick glance appeared neat. On second glance, appeared old, worn and surprisingly dirty. After a proper look; it was an old, cold, dated room with a very small bathroom that was in dire need of an overhaul. At...

Stayed here for one night before driving to the airport the following morning. Spacious room, nice and comfortable bed, relatively quiet at night. What else could you ask for. Breakfast could have been better... Overall good value for the price.

We came here for dinner while staying nearby. We went into the Bryan's Cafe Bar on the ground floor. The bar, eating area is roomy but has a cold, uninviting atmosphere. The menu is normal pub style offerings. I had a quiche with salad. The quiche pastry was burnt but would have been OK if it had not been overcooked....

Stayed here as part of a family event. Six of us shared three rooms. The rooms were of good standard, plenty of space and very clean. The breakfast was excellent, there was plenty of choice, and it was cooked to order. We also had a family function here for about 60 people. The meal was really good and would recommend...

and stayed here very recently. Staff were friendly. Happy with my room, spacious, clean and warm. Breakfast was standard fare but catered to everyone; didn't hear anyone complain. Popped into the bar for a quick pint of Guinness at the end of the day, service was quick. Will definitely stay here again. It also has a gym n pool, excellent...

Myself and a work colleague had lunch here during the week. We nearly fainted when we got to the till to pay for our lunch. I paid €10.50 for a small bowl of soup and a toasted ham & cheese sandwich. My colleague paid €9 for a half portion carvery dinner. Completely over priced.

I booked the Greenhills Hotel for a last minute overnight stay for 6 adults. The hotel is very affordable, for a triple room for dinner, bed and breakfast, the rate was only €234 or €78 per person. However the dinner add on turned out to be not good value for us. It was an extra €25 pp and for that...
