We chose No. 1 Pery Square because, due to a combination of circumstances, my wife and I were in possession of both Blue Book and One4All vouchers and the hotel accepts both. We travelled by train and the hotel is just a short walk across The Peoples Park from Limerick Station. Check in is at four pm and we were very early. The receptionist took our bags, which allowed us to make the short stroll to the city centre and explore. On arrival back at four our rooms still weren't ready so we were treated to a complimentary drink in the bar. The hotel has a modern and a Georgian side and we were in the latter. Our room was beautiful with high sash windows overlooking the park. The bathroom was modern, with a claw-foot bath in the middle of the floor. Our package comprised of two nights B&B with one evening meal. Breakfast is lovely, in the Sash restaurant, and finishes at 10.45. There is a varied menu to suit all tastes. Dinner was one of the best hotel meals I have ever eaten. The staff throughout the hotel are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Naturally, this sort of service doesn't come cheaply so, if you have a significant event coming up, start dropping hints about Blue Book vouchers :)

I chose No.1 Pery Square because it was near The People's Park and I needed to stay in Limerick for three days. What a lucky choice! My room was very comfortable and quiet with a lovely bathtub, separate shower and plenty of space to put toiletries. The bed was very comfortable, the windows opened enough to let in fresh air, the street outside was quiet. The staff were universally pleasant and helpful. There are a number of different spaces for eating, drinking, and lounging, including a sweet little garden on two levels. Some of the rooms retain their 19th century features and others are modernized, but all are beautifully furnished and painted in interesting subtle colors. The food is excellent and nicely served. No.1 Pery Square was the loveliest hotel I have ever stayed in. It is also conveniently close to the bus and train station and only a short bus trip to Shannon Airport.

Dear 903susane Thank you for choosing to stay at No.1 Pery Square Hotel, and we are very lucky to be so close to the famous and historical Peoples Park, and your luck was certainly in. To F9153FOalexb, It is rewarding to hear we met your expectations throughout your stay. The house is conveniently located to many bars and restaraunts. Our mattress`s have been pain-stakingly slected from the nearby "Natural Sleep Company" in Ballylanders, in County Limerick, and this will have aided your good nights sleep. Our Heritage Spa is a recommended place to unwind and escape for a short time or a longer stay. If you are in Ireland again, let us know and we will be delighted to host your stay again.

Stayed here last week on the 31st of May as a single occupant. When I got there I was greeted very well and liked all aspects of the hotel. I nearly abandoned an event I had to attend that evening just to chill out at the hotel and enjoy the ambiance and comfort. Breakfast next morning was also 5 star as was the service. Parking near by and secure. Price was also very reasonable. Would love to return! Well done!

Stayed here on 14th May on Dinner, B & B basis, paying €350. It was a fabulous experience - we were allocated a gorgeous room with a dual aspect and full of light. Dinner was amazing and we were looked after by Gary & Michael in the dining room and Calvin in the bar. There appeared to be a staff shortage but all the staff worked their socks off so it didn't impact in any way on our experience. The staff are all amazing ( lovely people at reception but I didn't get their names) and we hope that management are aware of the wonderful resource you have in the team of people we met on Saturday and Sunday. Breakfast was delicious and the bread basket was an absolute triumph. We are really looking forward to our next visit. Thank you all. Free on street parking on Saturday and Sunday is a real bonus.

Just back from a lovely stay. Damien on the desk could not have been more welcoming snd helpful, nothing was a problem, went above and beyond sorting us out with an extra bed and a late night snack! Loved our room, really tastefully decorated, voya oroducts, really quiet, we stayed in the Kate room on the ground floor ans it was fab. Wish we had another night to enjoy drinks on the terrace and the seaweed bath we read about in the welcome pack! A reason to go back :)

Thank you for choosing to stay at No.1 Hotel and Spa in our Georgian Quarter. It was a pleasure to welcome you on that evening, and even though it was late, we were happy to help with an evening snack and a hot & cosy pot of tea for two, and delighted to hear the extra bed added to your comfort on the night. We do look forward to welcoming you back, and yes our very popular and therapeutic seaweed bath is a perfectly good reason to return.

I visited the spa a week ago having booked the De-stress tonic massage which is an hour long full body massage. I must admit I am difficult to please as I love a deep tissue massage to really ease knots in my shoulders, neck and back. My massage therapist was Christine Bassini and she was absolutely amazing. I left exhausted and completely relieved. I worked as a doctor through covid and really only feel now that we are all coming out the other side. My back and neck and shoulders were a mess of gnarly knots and Christine persisted on breaking so much of that tension and I am so grateful to her. I was genuinely emotional afterwards. She is a must visit, please treat yourself to one of the best massages you will ever have. I will definitely be back.

Dear Wispasareyum We feel privileged you chose our Heritage Spa as your De-stress destination, and it is rewarding to hear you enjoyed your Customised hour long massage. Christine B will be grateful for the mention and we will pass your kind words to her. Our new Spa brochure has recently been updated, and some very special treatments are available in the vaulted and historical area of our Heritage Spa, and is worth a viewing on our website for future visits.
