BOOKED 2 NIGHTS IN TWIN OAKS WITH MY FAMILY(2 boys 11 and 13). I was pessimistic that a b/b environment would not suit. How wrong I was!! Mary and ger are superb hosts. Coffee station and kit kat treats upon arrival. Fabulous variety of breakfast menu (pancakes with apple filling was a big winner. MY YOUNG SON BROKE HIS BASEBALL CAP AND MARY OBLIGED BY FIXING IT. Tv/library/games room is such a treat for relaxation. Thanks so much for your hospitality and professionalism (covid 19 regulations are adhered to top standards)

We stayed, sadly for only one night as we have a busy jaunt around Ireland and wish we would have had more time to spend with Mary and Ger. Very clean, great rooms, comfortable beds and delicious full Irish breakfast. We loved the fact that it was out of town in a quiet beautiful location and not in town, but only a 5-10 minute drive into the heart of Kilkenny. Very quiet at night for a good sleep. Mary and Ger are wonderful hosts. Our son is celiac and they were able to provide a great breakfast and cater to his needs.

we had a little bit of difficulty finding the house, as it isn't actually in Kilkenny, but it is only a 5-10 minute drive to the centre and well-worth staying at. Mary6 gave us a wonderful welcome and some great tips for what to see and where to eat in kilkenny.

Spend two night at Ger and Mary’s B&B. Spotlessly clean, great full Irish breakfast plus cereal, fruit and juices... plentiful of everything .... nice touch of assorted home made jam. Need a car to stay here but close enough to get a cab into town. Would definitely stay at Twin Oaks B&B again.

Mary and her husband were always smiling and helpful. They have a lovely home in a quiet, tranquil setting. The excellent full Irish breakfast was big and hearty plus it included Mary’s delicious homemade bread. Highly recommended if you are in the Kilkenny area.
