Stayed here last night as a treat for my daughters 5th birthday. Amazing hotel, beautiful decor, everything immaculate! Very kind, friendly and accommodating staff, from front desk to bar to restaurant. My poor son was unwell while there and everyone was so helpful. Rooms are spacious, not too hot or cold. Can't comment on the shower as we didn't get...

The host hotel for the famous Rose of Tralee festival, known world wide offers an excellent place to stay while visiting the area around Tralee. Freshest Delicious vegetarian salad ,( served in a quirky jar) great service from relaxed staff. Very impressed by comfortable opulent decor, what a transformation, it's a real hotel! Lovely atmosphere, it was Friday, but everyone seemed to be well looked after, and a good buzz.

We have stayed in this hotel in its various incarnations at least annually since the first few weeks after it opened. With the refurbishments and a very well trained and motivated staff it is better than it has ever been and it really was a most pleasant stay. The staff in reception, housekeeping, the restaurant and bar were all outstanding...
