Had been let down by another B & B in Tralee that we had booked over the net but this worked out great for us, we drove past this and rang, Peggy you said come on in and we are glad we did!! From the time we stepped in the door it felt like the B & B experience were... More

Right from the beginning Peggy was not very welcoming - we had been on the road most of the day and we felt as though we were intruding. The house and the room were dated and cold and even when we put the heating on it was still cold. The bathroom was tiny. The towels were damp and small and... More

I loved this place! The owner, Peggy O'Shea is an absolute delight. The home has been in her husband's family for some time and she seemed to take great pride in telling us about the history of the house. It was so interesting and I'm certain that her enthusiasm played a great part in that. The house is beautiful and... More

Peggy was a wonderful, welcoming host after a long day's drive. The rooms are fresh and clean , and the bed was extremely comfortable! Breakfast was delicious and one of the best I had while in Ireland. The breakfast menu had several choices, and as well as there was fruit, yogurt, and cereals to pick from at the table. The... Mrs. O'Shea is a grand hostess. Her personality towards guests is spot on. Her breakfasts will delight even the hard to please. All rooms are spotless and "en suite". She goes out of her way to put people at ease, tea and cookies. We were lucky enough to be here during the Rose of Tralee Festival. It was magic.

I don't know what this place is like to stay, but I had phoned a few days beforehand and booked a single B&B, but when I arrived, at the time I said, she said she didn't have a room, that she had a 3-person room and didn't want to give it to me as a single! Then when I asked... More

We stayed here during our driving holiday of Ireland, and it was one of the best. The room was very comfortable, and the house had a nice lounge room, and beautiful garden. Peggy and Pat are great hosts, there are different options for breakfast, but I must advise.. Peggy's pancake and strawberry breakfast was delicious, we enjoyed it both days... More

I stayed at the Bleach Farmhouse for three days in October and found it very friendly and welcoming. I was greeted by Mrs. O'Shea with a cup of tea and piece of homemade carrot cake. The B&B was comfortable, spotless and quiet, despite being on the main Tralee - Dingle road. The breakfasts on offer include a full Irish and... More
