I love going to Ballygarry house. Rooms comfortable and spacious. Little luxurious touches. Great staff, courteous, helpful, dignified in their work and obviously proud of their hotel. Food was amazing too, as was breakfast. Highly recommended. Kerry hospitality at its best.

The staff in this hotel are so friendly and helpful but the rooms leave a lot to be desired. Was so looking forward to staying as it was 3 nights away without the children to attend a friends wedding. We expected 4-5 star luxury rooms but were left disappointed to say the least. We had "upgraded" to a superior room...

Spent 4 week nights and enjoyed it very much. The font yard and access road are being transformed and it'll certainly look very good soon. The look and feel of the common areas is warm and welcoming.
