I recently stayed at this accommodation as I was attending an event in the Muckross Park hotel and found it ideal. The landscape and scenery were superb. The accommodation was ideal, slightly dated but spotlessly clean. Maureen was fantastic and must be acknowledged that she dropped me to the Muckross Park hotel twice, free of charge. A great host, super... More

This property was much nicer than the photo. Beautiful scenery! So relaxing... watching the horses playing around on the sunset time. Very closed to the Killarney center, Muckross house, national park, etc.. Excellent location. The room and the bathroom were kind of old, outdated, but clean. Only the problem was the noise from upstairs. We could hear the steps so... More

Rooms and furnishings are sufficient and breakfast is great. Maureen is lovely and very helpful. The playground and animals are lots of fun for kids. This is a good location central to the west to do day trips, it's outside the hubbub of Killarney but close enough to drive in for dinner and a pint, even after a day exploring... More

We loved this place so much that we came back and stayed another night! The property is absolutely breathtaking! When we arrived, there were sheep and horses grazing peacefully on the grounds and we just fell in love! The family was so wonderful and helpful and despite being very busy, they took the time to help us plan out our... More

Maureen, her daughter Patricia, and their entire family are family are wonderful. This year we were traveling with our 16 month old son and they went out of their way to see to our needs and comfort. Definitely on our B&B list and recommendations for future travel.

Our first impression of the property was passing a bucking horse and a herd of grazing sheep as we drove the winding driveway across the land in front of the house. It was a busy B&B, even before the travel season had picked up, so it was a good place to meet other travelers and share experiences. It also meant... More

We had a great time, Though the owners were busy running a farm and stables, they went out of their way to accommodate us, let the kids ride the ponies, interact with the livestock and give us great directions. The lounge was comfortable and open and breakfast was great, We even got pancakes for the kids! We stayed two days... More

I emailed before hand and asked what time would be good to check in and we were told 12-6. Well when we got there at 2 our room was not ready. The room was old, worn and smelled like smoke. They claimed to accept credit cards, have wifi, have hair dryer, and tea in rooms but that was not the... More

Our family of 5 (3 kids, 1 with asperger's) stayed in the large family suite. It is an older house, but very comfortable with great breakfasts and wonderful hosts. They have animals that the kids can visit with, including a litter of new puppies when we were there. This was perfect for my daughter with asperger's -- a great, calming... More

we arrived at the the B&B and stood out front with another couple. They said the owner had checked them in then turned and left they weren't sure what was going on. We knocked on the kitchen door the owner opened the door and they were all sitting at the table smoking. She said that they were over booked and... More
