Thank you for your comments. Who awarded you this award, was it by any chance yourself? Or did you hold them hostage? This was by far the worst carvery I've ever had. The gravy was as lumpy as My wife's forehead (she has acne). Where were the roasters? Isn't Ireland well known for their potatoes? however you lacked them. Kind regards Hadyn51

Checking in was simple, room was basic, stayed for 1 night and thank god it was only 1 night. Had 3 courses for dinner, which was below average. Table service started well then turned into the worst I’ve ever in countered. Waiting for 45mins and was told no more drinks, but noticed other people was still getting drinks by paying the waiter a little extra, waiting for over an hour to pay and was told on 2 occasions he would be with us, no one showed up and seemed everyone was on a break. Told the barman to add it to the room at the end, obviously with no tip! My experience was awful I’m sorry to say. Breakfast was okay, coffee not so great.
