Stayed for weekend with my family and 1 child. Didn’t feel comfortable staff was rude and felt like we were doing something wrong kids club wouldn’t leave child into disco when there was only about 3 kids in there and said no to his face he was very upset. The organisation in there was all over the place took nearly half an hour to order one drink and when ordered they forgot and it was time to leave then. One rule one night and the second night another rule. Ran out from the bar at half 11 and was very rude when asking us to leave and not just us a lot of the family’s by us said the same that they all felt that they were treated like children. I wouldn’t stay here again especially with children.

Hotel's Favorite
This is a lovely place to stay but the thing which really sets this hotel apart is their excellent customer service. I found they were very helpful and accomodating during my visit. I also left something behind me when checking out but a member of staff called Noreen went out of her way to locate the item and return it to me in the post which I really appreciate.

Arrived at Hotel after a 5 and half hour drive. Payment had been taken 48 hours prior to our arrival so we had to book breakfast time for our 3night stay. Staff seemed preoccupied got our keys directed to wrong lift so had to carry bags down a flight of stairs to room. Room was very good with a spacious balcony and a great view . We went to the restaurant for dinner which was a very disappointing experience. Food was from freezer to plate overcooked with little or no dressing and a cup size portion of vegetables for 2 main courses. Just paid and left the restaurant. This is a fantastic hotel for families with young children loads of facilities . Like a resort hotel in the costas. Residents walking through the bar and reception in their swimwear and towels. Just not what we expected when visiting Killarney for the first time. Breakfast was good very well organised and helpful friendly staff. Good hotel if you want to make full use of the facilities but just not for us

When I entered the reception, it looked OK. But, NO ONE of the employees smiled, including receptionist and all cleaners. They all looked like being there was a punishment. When I entered my Room, it looked different then what I saw on the web. My room looked kind of same as a room which I had when I was in the Army, just nicer sheets, towels and TV. Although it was in nice Killarney town, my room had Horrible window view....I did not even stay there, just returned the Room key and told them to keep the money and went to find another hotel...
