We stayed last week on a coach trip for 5 days the food was ok nothing fancy but you would starve because of the wait if you hadn't eaten a good brekki or munched during the day only two polish girls rushed off their feet at dinner, the only redeeming feature of the dining area was breakfast you could stuff...

We stayed for 3 nights in this Hotel and had a very comfortable and well appointed room. We were on a coach trip with Grand UK holidays and really enjoyed our stay as the hotel was right in the centre of town and made exploring the local area very easy. The food was very good and there was plenty of...

We stayed here for a night during Munster Fleadh Cheoil. Room was spacious and immaculate. Met the manager Brendan who was very welcoming and obliging. Seems to really enjoy his role and does it very well. The reception and bar staff had a great attitude and always had a smile. Hotel in the hub of Killarney activity. A gem of...

Stayed here with my husband and child for a night during the Munster Fleadh Cheoil. All I can say was brilliant. Very family friendly. Lovely bright room at back of hotel....so the view was of the car park.....what do you expect for a central hotel.....didn't worry us....actually my daughter loved it because a big black cat sat on the wall...

However room was very warm and the temperature guage didn't seem to work and when I rang reception after waking up...

We stayed here for 2 nites in early July and had a great experience. The customer service was excellent. While the front desk staff was nice there was a gentleman working there who really went out of his way to make sure our stay was comfortable. Not sure if he's the hotel manager but he's certainly an asset to the...

Stayed here for the Ring of Kerry Charity Cycle. Lovely hotel, pleasant staff, great rooms. However, staff in the restaurant did not seem to be able to cope with the demand for food. We had to leave the restaurant on the first night and eat elsewhere, we were left waiting almost an hour the second night. The food, when it...

We booked this hotel on a price comparison website for €70 for a double room, therefore expectations were not and could not be high. The room was a good size, clean, and with a large clean bathroom. The downside was the room faced onto another building - the only window faced directly onto another building, therefore natural light was very...

We stayed here for 2 nights with friends. It was a great base for us as we did a bit of sightseeing and we were centrally located in Killarney. The rooms we were in were bright and spacious and spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel is great value for money. There is a car park with a...

The hotel is situated on a side street adjacent to high street. Very good rooms with modern bathroom, with excellent shower facilities. It's very good the hair drier is not in the bathroom. Check out for one of the draws in the bedroom. The breakfast was great, just remember to order cheese for your breakfast. The restaurant is very good,...
