Cherry Tree Guesthouse is in a great location close to the town center. The owner Marian was very helpful and made us feel right at home. We were in Killarney for a week and really enjoyed our stay. It is a family run Bed and Breakfast that offers TV, Tea/Coffee in the room, plus hair dryer. Our room was clean and tidy, with regular... More

Beautiful double story guesthouse in wonderful Killarney. The rooms were clean, tidy and well presented. On arrival the host was charming and helpful. If it helps, this is a short walk to the town centre and the local watering holes. Breakfast in the morning consists of a number of options, including a gluten free and a traditional Irish. Both were... More

We stayed here 2 nights and we enjoyed it. It felt like a bed and breakfast because the staff were so personable, welcoming and accommodating. You have to carry luggage up the stairs to the room. They even stocked the mini fridge in the kitchen with breakfast items for us the morning we left as we left before their breakfast... More

2 night stay booking. We were greeted warmly and were impressed with the mention of the great breakfast. Time of breakfast was mentioned and where to find the dining area. Our room was a decent sized bedroom, but was very noisy with the on /off sounds of the boiler going on for lengthy periods of time. The room was not serviced... More

Fit the bill. Really nice proprietors. No where to sit and visit after big days on the town. Never made an afternoon tea as we were late coming in. 😕 We felt safe and could waLk to the square to get to town for horse carriage ride and to get to late happy hours. 😝

Stayed in room 1, which is right next to the front door so noisy, the bed is against the window, where all the smokers stand outside, so unless you want them looking in at you as they smoke you have to have the curtains pulled all the time. The shower, in both days never had hot water, even though you... More

Hi, we're sorry to hear you about your complaint. The temperature dial needs to be turned all the way, we also note that its the last show in the plumbing line so it can take 5-10mins to warm up. We have since placed a operating chart on the quickest way to get hot water for this room. We also moved... More

Despite first impressions this is a really nice B&B. Staff are friendly and the room was very clean with comfortable bed. Nice breakfast served with a smile. Room though was very small with no space to open suitcase and the furniture could do with a bit of updating, very 70's and worn around the edges, wouldn't cost a lot, a... More

Stayed here for two nights with my wife. The room was lovely, nicely decorated. Parking was fine, had a slight issue one morning waiting for breakfast as there was an issue with the usual chef but when it came it was lovely. Shower not particular hot if you like hot showers but was good enough. Would recommend to most. Seemed... More

Stayed the one night as served its purpose perfectly 5minute walk into town. Managed to get a car spot out the front but be aware only 5-6 small cars will fit. Room was newly renovated so very tidy/clean and more modern than your standard bnb. Only downer was the small TV that was fixed on the wall with no option... More
