She made sure to understand what I needed and then delivered 100%... I found the leisure centre & room had everything I needed, excellent quality products and plenty of them... I won’t need to eat for about 3 days after the breakfast and I really appreciate that it is all table service (not self service buffet)... The staff really are the crowning glory of the hotel and it’s because they work with their eyes open... When I got back I was a bit seized up so I asked at reception if they might have a tennis ball I could use for massage... They didn’t have one to hand but said they would try to find one - I said not to worry, it wasn’t too bad... 10 mins later the concierge arrived at my room with a tennis ball - I don’t know how he found me as I hadn’t given my name or room number to reception... This is one of multiple examples during my visit of staff being really engaged, knowing who you are and trying hard to get you what you need... They made what could have been a really sad day for me an absolutely magical one...

...Great location in the middle of Killarney and only a 2 minute walk from the national park; Superb quality while retaining all of its small town Irish charm; Well trained, professional and friendly staff who absolutely nail the balance between doing everything you need and never being in the way... The second I walked in the door I felt better... There’s an atmosphere of calm and welcome that immediately made me feel at home... My first stop was my room where I found complimentary hand made chocolates and a birthday message from the manager... I was straight down to the spa then for an ass-kicking massage and a wonderfully relaxing facial with the loveliest lady who’s name I’m really sorry I don’t remember... I found the leisure centre & room had everything I needed, excellent quality products and plenty of them... I ate in the bar which had a lovely atmosphere... I won’t need to eat for about 3 days after the breakfast and I really appreciate that it is all table service (not self service buffet)... 10 mins later the concierge arrived at my room with a tennis ball - I don’t know how he found me as I hadn’t given my name or room number to reception...

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. Fantastic location, being within walking distance to some of the most amazing pubs and tourist attractions, along with it being so close to the National park and a tonne of lovely walks... It’s also an easy drive to the Ring of Kerry, The Skellig Coast, the Gap of Dunloe, Dingle, and other amazing locations... In addition, it was very clean, the rooms were so comfortable, the facilities were great and the hotel had such charm... Finally, the staff were so friendly and helpful... Specific shout out to the concierge Lee who knew everything there was to know about the local area and who was always happy to have a chat about the best spots to visit...

...The rooms are all very clean, comfortable, quiet and well equipped. From the valet parking to the reception staff the whole team were so friendly and welcoming, it was lovely to arrive... The concierge team were great - they got us in at Hilliard’s local restaurant when we couldn’t get a table and we’re super familiar with and offered lots of helpful advice about local attractions and the ring of Kerry loop... We also ate at their restaurant which was really great food and the bar staff made great cocktails... All the waiting staff and bar staff were excellent AND we really loved the live piano... We also used the spa facilities - I had a great Elemis facial and my partner used the pool and spa and it was all super relaxing...

The Killarney Park is centrally located in the heart of Killarney. It was a beautiful hotel and the ideal location to rest your feet after exploring all of the amazing places Killarney had to offer... All of the hotel staff was friendly and helpful... PC the concierge had set up a car service from the airport and had given us pointers and places of interest to visit... We arrived early in the morning the first day and Norma “Magic” Murphy made sure to accommodate us by having a room ready knowing we would be tired from our travels... A delicious breakfast of pastries, yogurt, fruit and a choice of hot entrée was included in our stay... The room was comfortable and spacious making it easy to relax after a long day... The hotel was just a short walk to the entrance of Killarney National Park and the perfect place to begin your adventure... The city of Killarney was full of restaurants and shops to visit and right outside the gates of the hotel... We hope to visit Killarney again and will definitely use The Killarney Park in the future!...

...What a hotel, from the moment you drive in you are treated like you are the only person in the world. Our bags where taken in for us we where checked in then got a tour of the hotel facilities, then taken to our room and May I say what a room from the super soft bath robes to the king size bed, the gas fire and all the other little extras... Also a lovey touch was the turn down service... Then to the Garden Bar where we where greeted by a warm smile from all the staff the cocktails, beer and wines are all top class, the food in the garden bar on both nights was outstanding as was the service... Breakfast on both mornings was a step up from anything I had ever experienced before... This is a hotel which knows how to spoil their customers and the friendly smile from everyone makes you feel very special...

Excellent stay as always in the Park. Staff are always so friendly and helpful... Food in both the bar and restaurant was delicious and very accommodating as we had a party with five children... Special mention for Stenko in the dining room that went above and beyond to accommodate the children’s many request which made all our experience so much more enjoyable ...

I stayed in The Killarney Park for my mum's 50th birthday last week... The staff both on the phone and in-house were so helpful in giving my mum the best birthday weekend... Mary and Norma were amazing to deal with and did everything that they could to make our stay as relaxed and as special as it possibly could be... The swimming pool and outdoor Jacuzzi were a highlight of the stay... I will definitely be checking out the spa facilities the next time that I visit as the hotel as a whole had such a relaxed and welcoming vibe... Everything was amazing... even the changing rooms and showers at the pool were beautiful!!... Once again, the staff couldn't do enough for us and were always around to ensure that we got the breakfast that we wanted... I am a coeliac and the range of gluten free options at breakfast were to die for... As well as a totally gluten free Omlette, I was offered gluten free toast and pastries which I find is a rarity in most hotels in Ireland... All in all, our stay was more than I could've ever imagined... I will definitely be returning to The Killarney Park in the future for a real staycation!...

...We spent 2 nights here in early December in a Premium room which had a king-sized bed, a gorgeous bathroom and amazing living area. Everything felt crisp and clean... I wasn't grossed out walking on the carpet - that's rare!... We were impressed with the attention to detail in the rooms - all matching stone/quartz/granite countertops throughout the room, for example... We loved sitting in front of the fireplace... We ate dinner at the Garden Bar and it was delicious!... The pool, hot tubs and sauna was wonderful... We felt very well taken care of, and the concierge was helpful getting us dinner reservations... My husband was so excited about this hotel that he is hoping we will return to Ireland within the next year and stay again!...

...I arrived a half hour early, I was told no problem, I could either sit in the lobby or they told me they had a lovely table near the fire... I was asked for name and contact details (Covid obviously)and then brought to this lovely table... I was given menus and asked if I wanted drinks while waiting... I chose still water, and like the way, for € 1 you get limitless water and the hotel contributes to a local sustainable project annually... It was served in a brioche sandwich and so tasty with fresh salad and chips... From the minute you go in the door, right through the meal, these staff are so pleasant and helpful...

This hotel is amazing and was our favorite in Ireland. Centrally located in Killarney itself, it's so easy to get anywhere downtown and walk around... We found the hotel and its staff to be welcoming, luxurious and so comfortable... Everyone went out of their way to make us feel at home, especially the Thanksgiving festivities the hotel went through for its American guests... The rooms are large, well appointed and super comfortable...

The Killarney Park is my favourite hotel and this is my 4th visit and many more to come. It's peaceful, relaxing and quiet despite being right in the middle of the town... It's decorated beautifully with relaxation and luxury in mind... The room was spacious and comfortable, every detail was perfect... Breakfast both mornings was flawless, full Irish with great quality local produce... The Sleep Ritual at the Spa was perfect to unwind... I read for hours afterwards in the relaxation room... The Garden bar serves the best whiskey sour ☺️ The Killarney Park really understands 5 Star service and every guest is made feel so welcome and special from the moment they arrive to leaving...

Super nice hotel, want to say no jeans and colored shirt at the restaurant... They will mail post cards for free for you which is nice since we paid 2 euro each back to the states... It comes with brown suger honey and a shot of Jamison... Wife loved the French toast... The hotel down the road about 4 min walk has a nightly Irish show that is 30eros and was worth it...

We stayed at the Killarney Park Hotel over the Halloween bank holiday weekend and had a fabulous stay! From the minute we landed, we received top class service... We pulled up to the front door and had the car parked for us, our luggage unloaded and brought to our room!... Our 4-year-old was delighted to be handed a packet of sweets while we were checking in... We were then brought to our room by the lady at reception and shown around... Our room was beautiful exceeded all expectations with some complimentary chocolate, crisps and water... For the Bank Holiday weekend, the hotel was serving complimentary prosecco, Halloween themed cupcakes, tea, coffee and lemonade in a lovely room off the foyer, this was a real treat as the weather was awful outside!... We then used the pool and our 4 year old was delighted to get a matching robe and slippers to ours, the pool can be accessed without going through reception area and hats and towels were provided... Pool area is amazing, with a hydro pool and outdoor jacuzzi area!... We ate in the bar that night with top class service and beautiful food... Breakfast was served in the restaurant and came in afternoon tea style with scones, pastries, yoghurts, muffins, fruit and we order cereal, a fry, pancakes and an omelette... We stayed for 2 nights and cannot wait to go back!... Highly recommend The Killarney Park Hotel... The location is amazing, and service is like nothing I've ever experienced before, especially the exceptional treatment my child received, he was delighted to get so much attention :)...

...The moment we arrived we were welcomed like old friends... Breakfast, we could choose from the menu and everything was freshly made... I loved the added pastries on the table (chocolate croissant is to die for) and dining team are always so helpful and attentive... We stayed in the signature room which offered us two large double beds, that were like sleeping on a cloud... The open fire in the room was a favorite feature of mine... The bathroom was stocked with everything you need, featuring bath and separate shower... The downstairs seating area is traditional Irish decor but incredibly cosy, perfect for a cup of tea or a cocktail... The location is situated in the center of Killarney with everything so close... Always smiling and saying hello and even offering the best advise and knowledge of history within the town...
