Clean and airy rooms. Decor and bathroom a bit dated but spotless. Breakfast was average (limited buffet table and full Irish seemed reheated rather than cooked freshly to order) but perfectly adequate nonetheless. Very close to town centre and all the goings on. Excellent service. Couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

The room was nice and very confortable with tea & coffee available at all time. The room was clean and cosy. The included traditionnal Irish breakfast was very good and full. We had a nice time in Killarney and had little time to enjoy the beautiful garden.

We had a lovely stay in this cute B&B. The room was simple but nice and clean. The service was very nice. All of the staff were accommodating and friendly. The garden was lovely to have a nice glass of wine / coffee in. The breakfast was delicious! Great value - I would recommend this B&B if you are looking... More

The B&B is not far away from the town centre but it is really quite out there. You can easily get everywhere in Killarney as well as the attractions around. The breakfast is really and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

We chose this guest house by price and location. We were not disappointed. In the middle of the hustle and bustle of killarney a delightful oasis of peace. Lovely garden comfortable beds and an excellent breakfast. A short walk and you are in the centre of the action. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

My brother and I stayed at this B&B mid-end of Aug. Location and staff was amazing. Very helpful and gave detailed advise on our plans. We arrived as soon as we arrived in Killarney from Cork as we were worried we may be coming back late after we do the Ring of Kerry. Room was basic but clean and tidy.... More

A friend and I recently stayed at the Gardens. Very easy walk from central Killarney and the bus station. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Large garden would be a plus for families with children to stretch their legs and run around after a long car journey. Basic accommodation but well priced for the area.

Had the pleasure of staying here last week. Described as Killarney's hidden gem It most certainly is that and more. Sandra goes out of her way to ensure your stay is enjoyable, Only 2 mins walk to the town centre, ample parking spaces, and surprisingly quiet. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help, Full... More

We stayed three nights at The Gardens with another couple. The rooms and bathrooms are tired and need updating. The location is great; right in the centre of town but in a peaceful setting. The gardens are really lovely and the staff could not have been more helpful. The breakfast room and sitting area in reception is nice. Breakfast is... More
