I stayed in The Swallow for 4 weeks while studying, my stay there was comfortable and enjoyable. The owners of the b&b are lovely people who couldn't do enough to ensure I had a pleasant stay. The location is ideal for walking to NUIG and for exploring the beautiful city of Galway. I'll be back!

The people in charge were very kind and went out of their way to help me. I was doing a course in Galway and needed to stay in town for a few weeks. It was clean, warm, cosy and best of all very close to the west end, with the Spanish arch and the great pubs in that area just...

I've stayed with Patricia and Jimmy when I'm Galway on several occasions. Ideal for solo female travellers as location is safe, comfortable and very convenient to Galway city centre. The highlight though is definitely the wonderful hosts who are the most hospitable and kind people I've met in all my travels.

I stayed in the swallow for a weekend with my husband, the owner was there when we arrived and was friendly and welcoming. The room was fine, good size and clean, the bathroom was clean. The shower had plenty of hot water, bed was comfy, and there was a hairdryer. We had a double room, there was also a single...

A quiet B&B right in the centre of things. It is just a 5 minutes walk to get to the great pubs in the Westend and it's also close to the sea and Sallthill. The rooms are clean and cosy and the breakfast superb; you don't often get such perfectly poached eggs. The hosts are genuinely warm and friendly and...

Patricia and Jimmy were excellent, such warm and welcoming host. B&B is in a very quiet neighborhood, but is also walking distance from the city. Room was very clean and breakfast was great. Highly recommend!

No frills bed and breakfast. Lovely hosts. Breakfast was solid and certainly enough for me. Rooms were clean and value for money. Location is a bonus. Close to salthill or Galway town. Parking can be tricky tho as there isn't much space to swing a cat in the car park.

The B&B was very welcoming. The couple that own it are very warm and helpful. The B&B is just a few minutes away from the center of town, food markets and the ocean. The breakfast they provide is VERY delicious and filling. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the beds were made everyday. Overall, I'd highly recommend staying...
