We had by far a lovely stay at the G hotel. We were welcome by friendly professional staff. The accommodation is very roomy and cosy with a delicate touch of modern and funky artistry. The restaurant is equipped with a very exquisite chef that is well capable of touching the taste buds of willing diners. The overall appearance is appreciated...

Stayed here for 1 night whilst touring the west coast, had a deluxe room on the 2nd floor, huge room with sitting area, Fantastic bathroom with his & hers showers! Decor throughout the hotel is trendy with an edge, have previously stayed in "w" hotels and would say they are very similar in style. Bar was expensive but then I...

I recently stayed one night, mid week in the G. I couldn't fault it, staff were very friendly and the room was excellent. Plenty of choice for breakfast. I didn't use the Spa, due to such a short stay. Can't wait to get back.

I usually don’t leave Tripadvisor reviews, but this hotel was simply worth it!!! My partner and I spent 2 nights in The G Hotel and I must say, that it was one of the most enjoyable stays I have ever had in a hotel in Ireland. Travelled & stayed here on business, in comparison with like for like boutique 4*/5* hotels, this one doesn't compare well. The location is terrible, main road, looks like its in the middle of an industrial estate. Rooms OK but bland, nothing innovative. Bar area bizarre, different alcoves which doesn't help to create a buzz. Restaurant way over priced for the...

After a recent mid-week 2 night break, my partner and I found the following disasters with this non boutique style hotel: LOCATION: We're not from Galway so we do not know Moneenageisha Road. We tried the hotel website and Google Maps thinking that surely they would have directions on there. They didn't. When we got on Moneenageisha Rd we drove...

I just returned from staying at the plush G hotel. Wow. Just wow. SO amazing. To address the only conceivable downside to this hotel first, it IS on the outskirts of town and a bit out of the way. If you don't like walking or hiking a mile into town, you'll find yourself spending a decent penny on cab fare...
