We had a great time in Galway staying at the Rusheen House. The hostess was excellent and provided great local information and a wonderful Irish breakfast for the six of us in our family. We highly recommend staying here for anyone traveling to Galway.

When my husband and I arrived at Rusheen Bay House with our little girl, having driven from Dublin, we were told that our booking made through booking.com had not been confirmed even though I had called earlier in the day to say that we would be arriving at about 9pm that evening and I had two emails from Booking.com confirming... Forget small and friendly b&b ....give me a large corporate hotel any day.Not overly friendly or overly personable which we would of loved and as only guests this was quite awkward ..although place was relatively clean and breakfast ok.Would not go back at all and would of loved to have found a place to return again .Location was ok

Our room enjoyed lovely views to the south west over Rusheen Bay. It was bright and with its bay window was great to sit at relax and watch the sun gradually go down. Anne was most welcoming, helpful and kind. The location is great for exploring the Coast and Connemara which are both stunning. The breakfasts are a highlight, and... More

Anne made us feel so welcome, the hotel is clean, warm and comfortable and the breakfast delicious. It is a distance out of Galway city but taxis and buses are available and local tours will pick you up outside the house. Superb if you like 'home from home' rather than impersonal large hotels.

I stayed in this B&B for 2 nights. The location on the coast is really nice. The dining room is good. The staff are also kind. However, the rooms are little and not really neat. the first day I drank in a cup and the next day it was where I left it untidy. the Breakfast was okey but I... More

When we arrived we were shown to a attic room with a skylite. The room was well presented but it was clostraphobic. Luckily we were offered another room. So am grateful for the assistance. This accomodation is nice but the shower is in need of a deep clean to remove mould. Bed was average. Breakfast on both days was served... More
