My room was spotless, as an OCD, I had the best time ever because it was a test for me to stay away from my pwn place. Out of my comfort zone and I enjoyed my stay immensely. No panic attack to start with.Thank you!!!

Stayed here for one night. The hotel is lovely. The food was excellent. It had a good vibe around the bar/dining area. Clean comfortable rooms and really friendly staff. Only 5 mins drive into the centre of town. I will definitely be back.

what a great experience - we were made welcome from beginning to end. Extremely friendly and efficient staff in all areas however especially notable in the retaurant and breakfast areas. Nothing was a problem lovely positive attitude from all staff even when they were under pressure - thoroughly enjoyable stay.

I stayed in The Connacht for one night for business purposes. It's a large, fairly modern hotel on the outskirts of Galway and when I was there it seemed quite busy. Pros: staff were very friendly and helpful, the mid-week room rate was very reasonable, the room was nice, and the pool (although a bit crowded) was fine. Reasonable gluten-free...

I stayed here this week for one night on business. For me the hotel is an 'average' experience, massive and busy operation with lots of rooms. The main difficulty I had, which I accept, may not be a problem for others, was the noise in the hotel. The first room I went to was near a generator so I asked...

Looking for a base in Galway with the kids, the pool and the kids club were the attracting items (watch out though, kids club carries a charge per child, per session). The room was tiny, only had a double and single bed so one of our younglings had to stay on a pull out bed. That mattress had to be...

Stayed here with my wife (both 26) for a weekend break. On arrival the reception and entrance looked recently refurbished along with the bar area but unfortunately the rest of the hotel is very outdated. The staff were all smiling happy to help and couldn't have been more understanding when we asked to change bedrooms, twice. The beds are extremely...

Lovely hotel. The staff are really helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, lovely view from the rooms we were in. The swimming pool, sauna, gym etc are a wonderful extra to have included in the price. This hotel offers so much for families also. The breakfast is top class, caters for everyone. Will definitely be staying...
