Myself and my wife stayed here from the 17th to the 19th of January..from start to finish it was a great experience..the staff are so helpful, friendly and courteous..the room was excellent with a sea view..the staff were constantly cleaning.. covid measures are very seriously, so there's nothing to worry about on that end of things..also covid certs checked before going into the bar or restaurant..we also got to use the swimming pool which needs to be pre-booked but not a big deal..and towels are provided.. All in all I would highly recommend here if you're thinking of heading to galway..

Stayed for two nights. Room with sea view was lovely, with plenty of space. Any queries were handled swiftly and a lovely thoughtful birthday plate for my family member was waiting in the room. Breakfast was super efficient and really good quality. The location couldn’t be better, on the prom with plenty of fresh sea air. Really lovely place to stay, would definitely recommend it.

We stayed here for one night recently and we loved this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we checked in with ease. All of our requests were met and we had a lovely room looking out on Galway bay. The room was spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our evening meal in the dining room was delicious and there was a lovely choice of menu. Breakfast the next morning had a wide range of choices and the hot food was made to order from a menu which we liked. Covid regulations are clearly being adhered to and we felt safe here. We would love to return for a longer stay next time.

Cannot recommend enough the staff, food & facilities in the Galway Bay. Everything down to the care taken in arriving at the hotel, to breakfast and dinner was superb. Food was amazing and staff were very attentive and very welcoming. Pricing was excellent and well worth it. Will definitely be staying again.

I thoroughly recommend this hotel. Our double room was very comfortable, the bed was comfortable and the pillows lovely and soft. The food in the hotel was lovely and there was a great selection on offer. The best thing about this hotel is the lovely, friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Well done Galway Bay Hotel!
