Recently stayed for a night and was incredibly impressed by the high quality service all the staff provided. Especially impressed with the care and guidance given to me by one of the Managers, Carmel. She helped me with every minor issue as if I was a V.I.P. guest and made me feel very welcome. I must say her suggestions made...

We booked 2 nights dinner, bed and breakfast in the lovely Galway Bay Hotel, situated on the outskirts of Salthill. We have been there before but this deal was just too good to miss! Even the weather was great for mid-January and we had lovely walks on the promenade.

Stayed with a large family group for an occasion. Nice hotel, good location (10€ to the city centre in a taxi), something is missing and I think it's the attention to detail. Some of my family with young children were allocated rooms next to people attending a Christmas function resulting in loud music and partying etc. Give the breakfast buffet...

Hotel has a fabulous location right in front of the prom, walking distance to Salthill. Family room was spacious, if a little dated, but was clean. Attended a wedding, food was good, service was good. Breakfast served to 11 which was a bonus. Overall a nice hotel with plenty nearby to entertain the family.
