Well it is called Eyre Square Hotel for a reason, it is across the road for the Eyre Square Park, one of Galway's main attractions. It is around a 5 minute walk to the pedestrian zone that is filled with cafes, pubs, shopping and more. The hotel had a 24 hour reception which was very handy for any questions or...

We booked in for 1 night not knowing what this Hotel would be like for 2 Adults & 1 Child. We arrived to a warm and welcoming Staff and Atmosphere. A Modern & Bright Reception stood before us. Having checked in Our 7 yr old could not wait to check out Our room so I took him straight up to...

Gret location for a visiting traveler. Service is fair. Internet is way below standard so don't expect to surf the web. Thin walls make this place very noisy at night. Bar are is fair however daytime front desk is quite friendly. A bit over priced.

Stayed for two nights from the 13th to the 15th and on arrival to the room we noticed a pair of boxers in between the bed and the bedside locker. On departure we told the manager at the reception and all he said was sorry when we said it. We regret not going any further with the case. It is...

To start, amazing location. Right next to busses, trains, pubs, restaurants and cafes etc. Right, anybody giving this above 3 in a review either works there or is friends/family of owner or staff. The rooms are VERY VERY dated. Torn wallpaper, stained carpets, cheap and dated furnishings (1920s wardrobe). Stains on walls in bathroom etc. Virtually no noise proofing. Could...

We had booked here for two nights originally but as it was so nice decided to stay a third night. Our room was in the newly refurbished part of the hotel at the back of the hotel overlooking the coach and train station. The room and the beds were very comfortable with a good shower/bath and ample tea and coffee...

We booked this hotel on a whim and it absolutely amazed us. The staff were amazing, as a GM myself I take particular notice of this aspect of establishments and every single staff member we dealt with could not have been more accommodating and friendly. The wee guy who served us on our first night, Daniel I think his name...

So we came here for a little two night break away! What can I say Olivia at reception was completely on it. Then Daniel arrived to cover reception and the bar for night shift. Honestly completely blown away by Daniels meticulous attention service. Manners friendliness and so warm and welcoming. We will definitely be back.

Visited Galway on yet another work trip, and stayed in this hotel as it was so conveniently located to where I was working. Location-5 stars, right off the main Eyre square centre part of Galway, and really near lots of great restaurants and the hub of Galway. My room was clean, bathroom was brand new, liked the bed, nice white...
