Have stayed here on numerous times. It's good value for money. Comfortable, fresh breakfast, good service. Lovely reception staff. Location is handy. Only thing parking should be free to residents. I will be back!

Stayed for two nights. Perfect for city trip. Very central location. 10 minutes walk into centre of Galway. Lovely rooms. No view though. Seafood restaurant well worth a visit for lunch. Very flexible on check out time. Very helpful staff.

Stayed here on Valentines weekend last year and have to say this hotel is really nice. The hotel has a really modern decor and the bedrooms are really nice, comfortable and spacious. Location wise the hotel is just a few minutes walk from the city centre which was great and it is also only a short walk from the train... More

We were staying here with a group of 19 and we really liked this hotel. The room was well appointed - bed comfortable, TV worked, temperature could be adjusted, linens nice. The bathroom was spacious and the tub/shower actually had hot water - something we often found lacking in the other places we had stayed in Ireland. I loved that... More

As part of a 55th wedding anniversary gift to our parents we booked them a 3 night package. As I hadn't been to this hotel we were hoping that my parents wouldn't be disappointed and they weren't! As it was their 55th the hotel were kind enough to upgrade them to a superior room at no extra cost. As soon... More

Stayed in this Hotel over Easter. The staff were very attentive, particularly Dan on reception. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Wouldn't Ireland be a great place if we were all like Dan. Well done. I hope your employer appreciates you. Thank you for your kindness.

We bought a last minute room via Expedia so you're never sure what you'll be in for. It was great. The staff were super friendly & helpful. Nice location. Rooms were quite nice except we were soooo hot & although the windows opened, it wasn't enough to cool the room. Also, a mini fridge would add value. Didn't really matter.... More

On Saturday night I had a surprise birthday party for my sister and invited over 50 people. From the first time I met with Emer, who along with Sean handled the booking and planning end of things right up to my dealings with everyone else involved on the actual night with having the room all decorated for me and taking... I visited this hotel following a business trip to Galway. The hotels location is great being around 5 minutes from the central bar/restaurant area, ample car parking locally if required. Smallish gym but adequate if no one else is using this. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice, excellent. Staff attitude was first class - nothing to much trouble.... More
