Wen in Galway, look no further than this wonderful B&B. Mary goes all out to make you welcome and the breakfast was terrific. Thanks Mary - we hope to come again.

We stayed here for 3 nights. We enjoyed being able to walk into Galway whenever we wanted. The bus to the ferry in Rossaveel stops across the street for those wanting to visit the Aran Islands. Mary was very friendly as was Bridget, her assistant, who could not help us enough with any questions we might have had when Mary... More

Nice, clean and cozy B&B within easy walking distance to downtown/Latin Quarter Galway as well as Salthill. The rooms were clean and ready for us when we arrived. Good breakfast with several choices on the menu including the delicious homemade brown bread made by Mary the host. Mary was very friendly and helpful with directions to restaurants and with our... This B&B has a great warm and friendly atmosphere. Charlie and Mary were very welcoming hosts and the food was delicious. The location is exceptional with only a short flat scenic walk route into town. Couldnt have picked a better spot as it was close to the historic town area. Mary gave us some great suggestions where to go. We... More

Although we did not get a chance to meet Mary, Bridget was wonderful. She has a great personality and helped us decide what we should do given the weather conditions...her suggestion did not disappoint. She also assisted our son in finding a room when he arrived with us, without a prior accommodation. Prague House is within an easy walking distance... More

Mary was a wonderful help in finding an alternative place to stay when we arrived a day early and she was already full. And her service from then on was wonderful. Her rooms are very clean and comfortable. The showers were excellent. The omelettes were the best we had in 2 weeks in Ireland. It is in a great location... More

We had a great stay! We went in cooler weather and the rooms were very comfortable temperature wise, which was discouraging elsewhere. Our host, Mary, was very pleasant, and a sweet lady. She makes a great breakfast, and gives a menu options. It’s near one of the main round-abouts, and is close to the center of Galway. It's especially nice... More

Spent 3 nights with my family at the Prague House in August. What a pleasant surprise! We chose this B&B off the internet, it turned out to be one of the best places on our 2 week trip. A short pleasant walk into town, close to the action, but far enough away from the noise. Convenient shopping within a block.... More

This was the last of a string of great luck we had with accommodations in Ireland. Mary and Charlie were wonderfully welcoming to our family, helping us choose the best rooms. They're also great guides to Galway City, very knowledgable about restaurants and pubs. The rooms themselves are tasteful and very comfortable, and the breakfast is great. Mary makes some... More
