Simple, clean and cheap This makes traveling to a city so much more accessible. Brian and Phyllis are a lovely couple who give a warm welcome and a delicious breakfast. They really accommodate awkward travel times. I will Definitely be back.

St Ann's B&B was a fantastic little retreat outside the city center of Dublin. Brian and his wife Phillis were the most accommodating hosts I've ever stayed with. On our night of arrival Brian waited up until 11:45pm to let us in and get us situated. He cooks a pretty decent breakfast as well! And when we had a medical... More

Extremely thin walls. Luckily I had quiet neighbours - but I did hear every word they said and every step they took in their room. The room was basic, but met my expectations considering the low price. However, the owner had double-booked my room on the last night of three and asked me to change guest-houses in the middle of... I spent 6 nights here - but would never return. I stayed only because I had to. The owners were on holiday in France and left the business in the hands of a student son of perhaps 17 years. Limited room service and limited breakfast - also limited Internet and no TV or tea/coffee making facilities. Guests left without paying... More

We stayed here for 3 nights. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. It is untidy, and shabby, The bathroom is small with hardly any water coming out of the shower. The bed is uncomfortable, there is no tv in the room. There was supposed to be internet access but no one seemed to be able to access it. The breakfast was... More

We looked we saw we went. The area was shabby and unkempt the entrance was dirty and the rooms were shabby. We would sooner have slept in the car.

St Ann's was a nice option instead of staying in crowded Dublin during the St Patrick's Day period. You can take the Patton Flyer service to and from the airport to the church a short walk from the B&B. The DART station is also short walk with local stores, a pub and small grocery store clustered within a few blocks.... More

St. Ann's is a basic bed & breakfast in Dun Laoghaire, a 10 minute walk from two DART train stations or a bus route. You can be in Dublin in 30 minutes by train, or an hour by bus. I paid 45 euros for my en-suite room - much less than you would pay for comparable accommodation in Dublin. A... More
