Mold in bathrooms, stains on carpet, we found hair in our breakfasts 2 of the 4 mornings. It was a bank holiday and we could not find another place to stay - we tried to leave! I can't believe this place is in business. Do not book here.

All I can say is, the place is not well kept, the staff of ONE (the husband). The upstairs hallway reeked of vanilla mixed with left over bacon and eggs. Beds were not comfortable and, although I did not find the place dirty it felt like it. Many guests have described this place as TIRED. I think that says it... More

I was very puzzled to read previous incredibly negative review. I appreciate rooms can vary in size etc and if your room is not good I understand being angry, but it sounds as if her trip was a series of disasters. This is a bed and breakfast place, not a 24 hour hotel, so why expect an area to sit... More

Where do I start....This is the worst B&B I have ever stayed in anywhere in Ireland North and South. Please check the photos!!! I was booked in Sat 18th - Mon 20th June for my 29th Birthday with my friend We arrived in Dublin late due to a delay on the train which messed up our booking at the Guinness... More

Don't stay here, if you have any hygiene standards. My friend had booked us in here for 2 nights as a birthday trip. We were delayed due to public transport issues, only to be told by Mike (not the owner, apparently, but maybe the manager) that if we weren't there by 8, we wouldn't be getting in, since he had... Least pleasant night on our 2 week trip - small bed with decade-old mattress where each spring can be felt, thick dust on bathroom lamp, towel rail barely clinging to the wall, musty smell in large areas, complicated parking... not a bargain for 99 Eur

we stayed here recently and it was average. location is good as it is close to the DART. parking is available at the rear of the property. rooms are average and very dated but clean. breakfast was excellent and owner staff were most obliging and courteous. I would consider staying here again

It's located about 8 minutes walk from DART station and about 20mins train ride to city. A few convenient stores and eateries along the way. Just about 2mins walk away from the bay (forty foot bay). About 20 mins walk to Dalkey heritage town. Very peaceful and convenient location. Owner Mike was very friendly! Makes the stay very pleasant and... More

Really enjoyed the stay at this cosy B&B in a nice area. Close to the ocean and walking distance to shops, train and bus station. Service is friendly and personal, with a very nice "Irish breakfast" included... Overall a good experience, and will happily stay here again

Booked this B&B on the spur of the moment. Excellent Value for Money, Had a really long tiring journey via a few places and a lovely welcome from Mike and Margaret. Room was massive with three double beds really comfy and beautiful building. Mike asked us what time we would like breakfast at and it didn't disappoint. Some of the... More
