Sadly I can't leave a review on our stay as when we turned up we were told that there was no booking for us. I had the email printed out with our booking on it but was told that there was no reference therefore no booking. As I was travelling with my 3 year old daughter and elderly mother this...

Came here for my hen party. Wasn't originally going to come here but our last property let us down and this was the only affordable place. Was really worried as I have been looking at the reviews for the past few month. Myself and my party love our sleep so we had quite early lights both nights and let me...

I'd originally booked elsewhere but cancelled and booked Hazelbrook House, ideally I would have liked somewhere a bit cheaper in price but left my booking fairly late and after booking, the price increased even more. We arrived quite late in the evening due to our flight but found checking in quick and easy, as we were only staying for two...

Well. I had to book this hostel because my original booking had to cancel on me and couldn't provide an alternative accommodation. So a quick glance through Booking.com and I find this. Now. For the good stuff, on the whole the first staff member I came across was lovely. Couldn't do enough to help. The room was clean, the bed...

The good thing is that it is well located in Dublin and you can walk around easily. There is also a useful bus stop just in front for the airport transfer. Then, it is quite old, rooms are without charm and the bathroom is very limited. The breakfast is also quite poor and you better forget it and find a...

The property is based in a very central location near Connolly Station and if you take one of the buses from the airport, it takes you to a stop almost right next to Hazelbrook Lodge. In terms of location, this is a very good place to start off exploring Dublin. As for the hotel itself, it was ok. The staff...

We enjoyed very much our stay in Hazelbrook lodge: the room was really nice and clean (we had towels changed everyday and bed made by a polite young girl every morning),not the biggest room one can expect but it’s absolutely fair for the money we paid. You can even have breakfast in your room (there’s a tea maker –tea, coffee...

My room was more like a cell than a hotel room, very tight, with barely room to stand beside my sinle bed. The reception on the TV was brutal. I was sent to a building in the yard to get to my room. I had to use a shared toilet/shower room. Whole place needs to be renovated and updated. In...

Rooms were well kept. Street noise at night was a minor problem. Reception staff were unfriendly, and at times aggressive. The breakfast was expensive, and not really worth eating. Overall, despite its good location, I would look for somewhere else next time.

Not a pleasant experience here, expensive like many places in Dublin but a bit cheaper than most. Staff not interested basically and will not shift their back side from reception. Took us until our last nights stay to get the television working as well as the phone, towels not supplied on 2 nights also. On the plus side, good location...
