I stayed for 5 days in Dublin, booked the B&B via Internet. They have very comfortable rooms, very clean, very friendly welcome. Continental breakfast ist optional, was very fresh and good for a nice start of the day. Padraig and Bernadette, the owner, are very very friendly people, they do almost everything to make your stay comfortable and relaxed. The...

We stayed at Ashling House because its "sister" B&B Azalea House was booked up. We were glad to find something close to the airport at a reasonable rate. Bernadette was very helpful with all of my inquiries. However the room and House were very disappointing. All of my Bed & Breakfast experiences have been staying in people's homes. This was...

My wife and i stayed here for three nights as part of a six day holiday in Ireland to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The whole trip was a surprise booked by our three children,so the accommodation choice was out of our hands, but thanks to the many previous very good reviews they chose the Ashling, thankfully. The Ashling is very easy to...

Stayed here for 3 weekend nights for St Patrick's day celebrations. It is a 15 minute bus journey into Dublin centre. We (4) had the largest room between us but didn't feel cramped. Room was clean, bedding turned down daily and the towels replaced in the morning. Host was very amenable with information on buses and fares as well as...

I and my daughters had a wonderful stay at this bed and breakfast. From the booking stages Padraig the manager made us feel at home, the staff made our stay a pleasant one. Very clean … to describe it is like home away from home. Value for money would definitely return.

This is the place where I stayed when moving to Dublin before I found an apartment, and it served me well. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful, going so far as to write me a reference when I needed one to sign a lease, and the rooms, while not large at the lowest price level, are perfectly comfortable and...

Four of us(two rooms)came over from Southampton, England for the recent Six Nations rugby international match. Stay of three nights, price was right, linen and rooms clean and although we would have preferred a "Full Irish", the continental breakfast was fine. Positioned on the main bus route with polite friendly staff. We, four rugby loving males would certainly use again.

Although I am globally happy with this B&B I would recommend it only mentioning what I believe made it average. To begin with the good characteristics, the room was clean and comfortable. Everything was well presented and the room offered good value for money. However, it was not what I expected as a B&B. I only saw the staff when...

I will begin by saying, we were very aware the breakfast was continental and did not come with the room. Although this breaks away from a traditional B&B, we chose here anyway because the price was right. It is right near City Centre, a very easy bus ride away. The staff is very nice and helpful in all you need....
