I really enjoyed staying with you guys. Bernie and PJ are fantastic hosts with always a joke to tell and useful advice as to where to go and what to do. The B&B is a little away from the city centre, but still in walking distance (ca30min), which was great for us as we never depended on taking cabs while... More

We had a fantastic time at the Botanic View B&B. Our room was spacious, clean and cosy, with the city centre in walkable distance (ca 30min). The price we got was more than competitive, particularly considering that the rugby was on. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I would always book a room here again.

A very good B&B not too far from the city centre (can walk, also bus stops nearby). The rooms were bit old fashioned, but the host couple was lovely, warm-hearted and caring about their guests, always willing to help and let u know about events at the moment. AND the breakfast was very good, but u also have a possibility... More

Cramped room, broken tv, the ensuite bathroom is just a converted cupboard, stingy breakfast, instead of a glass of orange juice, you get a shot of orange juice, the toast was just bread held over a candle for two seconds. All the products such as shower gel, jam and marmalade were cheap supermarket brands, they didn't even hide the fact... More

We just stayed a second time for three nights after a stay a year ago. It's very comfortable, the owners are super nice, and the full Irish breakfast can't be beat. Two notable pubs, the national Botanic Garden, and Glasnevin Cemetery (with its award winning tour) are all around the corner. Buses are handy to the city center, and cabs... More

I really loved my stay in Botanic View B & B. Bernie, the owner, is very nice and helpful! The room was very clean, always with hot water, heating and a comfortable bed. I will definitely recommend this place and I'll stay here again in my next visit to Dublin.

Bernie and husband "PJ" are very helpful. The house is nice enough, but not fancy, the breakfast area too crowded, and Botanic View is not in the most convenient location for Dublin City center. But I understand the very high ranking on TA due to the value it represents, and the absolute kindness of the owners. On the day of... More

A wonderful B & B with very kind hosts. We recently stayed here for two nights. Our room was clean and comfortable and Bernie went out of her way to ensure we were aware of public transit into the city and all the local attractions and places to eat, etc. She even drove us to Fagan's Pub on arrival as... The highlight was the breakfast. Great start into the day. The three bed room was nothing fancy. Simple beds but good matrasses and very good pillows. The space was a bit limited so life was out of he suitcases. Host was very friendly and helpful with great recommendations where to go and what to see. Connection to public transport is... More

Bernie and PJ were very helpful and kind. The house was conveniently located and the gravedigger's pub in walking distance was a must to visit. I would recommend it, particularly for women who may be traveling alone. Safe and clean and Bernie has lots of great tips about where to go and how to get there.
