Room we booked was a triple one. A double bed and single bed squeezed into a double room. We were only using room for one night, and that would have been enough. Small ensuite. Clean room. Continental breakfast is only offer or pay for a full irish breakfast. This must be prebooked though, even though you are not told that... More

Tiny rooms, one of the bathrooms you had to back into as there is no room to move. The breakfast was an insult for the money paid. It is only a B&B(someones house), not a 3 or 4 star hotel. Had better accommodation in budget hotels throughout Dublin. Look around there is better out there.

The house and rooms were spotlessly clean, breakfast plentiful with cereals, juice eggs to order coffee in abundance toast etc. Full Irish available on request, please give notice. Florina and her husband Marious made us so very welcome and we were good friends by the end of the week We had the room at the top of the house, very... More

Scrupulously clean accommodation. Lovely pleasant welcome on arrival. Manager was very friendly and helpful. Bedroom was adequate size for 2 beds and the en-suite was small but functional. Breakfast was excellent with good choice. Nothing too much trouble for the manager to provide if asked. Ample free on-site parking within easy reach of Dublin city centre. I would have no... More

When I was here,it was Irish breakfast! Quantity:enough of an Irish woodcatter! It would be good so,a continental breakfast is not Irish tradition! Imelda and her husband were friendly, bearing helpfull advice. If I go to Dublin,I will stay here again!

In comparison to other B&Bs in Ireland this was our most expensive accomodation with the lowest service. The host was friendly, but the breakfast was VERY simple. We had booked two nights and had to leave quite early on the second morning. Since we have paid for a full breakfast we asked, if we could help ourselfes with some simple... More

We stayed May 6th and 7th, our room was in the attic, it was extremely cramped with slanted ceilings on both walls and being 5' 9" tall I found manoeuvring around the room extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom was also extremely small, the shower had very little pressure so we had to spend a long time in there, and as there... More
