Fantastic location and good price. Really good staff and 24hr reception and they could not help enough. 10 minutes walk to Guinness storehouse and 5 minutes walk to temple bar area. Upgraded room to 2 bedroom free of charge with all the facilities needed.

I found myself in Dublin for a show at the Kaleidoscope festival. My friend and I were booked to play a single show yet we had 3 days to cruise around Dublin. Our agent had checked us into the apartment and we didn't really know what to expect. We turned up and the guy at reception was really helpful. He...

This was our second stay at the Christchurch location, and we couldn't be more pleased. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the apartments are roomy, and it is great to have an equipped kitchen area with clothes washer/dryer when visiting for several days.

We arrived in the morning but were were allowed to check-in to leave our luggage. Our apartment had 2 rooms although although we were just 2 people,...

Really loved staying here and was a pity it was only for the night. We were upgraded on arrival and made to feel very welcome. Can't fault the customer service from the different people that we dealt with on reception, was better than some 5* hotels I've stayed at. Only reason that this isn't a 5/5 is that the apartment...

I would recommend staying at top floor, because of the roof open terrace and beautiful city views. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful, but totally not willing to work. Maybe underpaid? I saw several times when staff were leaving cigarette butts on the terrace floor, which isn't very nice, I'm not sure if anyone cleans the terrace... Bedrooms are...
