My partner and I stayed here 9th July for a Beyoncé concert. The location was great as the concert was in Croke Park and within a walking distance and it was right across the street from St Stephens Green shopping centre, which we were able to park in for a reduced rate. The service from the staff was great and... More

The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Dublin. Set back of the road it as a small courtyard leading to the reception, it gives a good impression when you first arrive. The staff were pleasant, helpful and attentive and for the rate we paid we got what we paid for. However, it is a bit in need of... More

Three of us booked a short mid week stay in this hotel. This is a gem of a Hotel which is full of potential. You are minutes away from eateries, pubs, shops, and a taxi rank across the road. I agree with previous reviews the hotel is very tired. The beds were clean and the towels were replace daily. On... More

Great city location, but very noisy on Saturday night. Shower pressure and temperature tend to come and go. Reasonably clean but definitely rundown. Wi-fi not available in your room. Staff is helpful...depending on who's at the desk.

Ideally located for Dublin pub crawl. Good food nearby, too. Convenient to Trinity College, St Patrick's cathedral, and St Stephen's Green. And there's an ELEVATOR! Staff helpful with taxi reservations for ferry return.

We stayed here as it is in a brilliant location. It is fairly cheap. You can tell it was once a really nice hotel but it needs a good clean. Our carpet in the room was covered in black marks. There were broken fixtures throughout and lamps in our room that didn't work. There is a massive bar which on... More

We reserved 2 nights as we started and ended our tour in Dublin, however we were very disappointed with the room we got. The mocked was very dirty, we found in the closet a box from the previous guest, the furniture we re marked with names. The good news was that the bed sheets were clean and the bathroom was... More

One night stay only thankfully. Generally grubby, badly in need of redecorating or at least a deep clean. No wifi in room only available in an area on our floor. Won't stay there again even though the location is good. Hard to believe hotel of this standard can operate goes to show the demand for rooms in Dublin is still... More

We booked this hotel for a night stay in Dublin before returning home after seeing family in the Midlands. The website looked fantastic, like the majority of other hotels that we have stayed in in Ireland. On arrival, the main reception area was extremely small and quite dirty – not immediately off-putting as we were welcomed with a smiley face... More

Chosen due to proximity of Aviva stadium as we were at a concert There's only WiFi on the first floor and not throughout the hotel The walls in the room were filthy although the bed linen was clean 1 extra pillow available but no blankets, no heating in the room and it was chilly through the night A half used...
