Friendly staff. Great breakfast, reasonably priced. Within walking distance of many Dublin sites and the Office of Tourism. Loved the lounge so you don't have to hang out in your hotel room at the end of the day. There is an elevator although the hallways are quite narrow and steps in the middle so mind that if you have lots... More

This is a good hotel to stay while in Dublin. It's in the heart of Dublin. Within walking distance to most attractions of the area and from the bars. Reasonable prices and friendly staff. If you are looking for something convenient here you are.

The location of this hotel is excellent, at the entrance of the Temple Bar district but 1 1/2 blocks from the Liffey and the O'Connell bridge and 2 blocks from Trinity College. The hotel lobby is comfortable and welcoming. The staff is competent, friendly and with a bias towards satisfying guests. Rooms vary. Ours faced Fleet Street, but had excellent... More

This could have been a really nice stay however they put us in a room that was literally 1 foot from an outside air conditioning unit. There was no way you could leave the windows open and there was no air conditioning in the room. They even have the cheek to supply ear plugs as they have clearly had complaints... More

This property is in a great location - plenty of awesome bars nearby. The hotel is quite little, but we absolutely loved it!! Next door to the hotel is a chilled bar with pool tables and ping pong underground. Worth checking out! They also had live Irish traditional dancing one night. The service is fantastic at the hote and we... More

Stayed here for my friends birthday, there was 3 of us and we all just loved it. Lovely welcome from reception staff. A little confusion on the room booked, we had booked the snug which catered for 3, double bunk and top but got sent to a beautiful spacious room with only a double bed. As nice as the room... More

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. It's a very nice hotel in a great location smack in the middle of the Temple Bar area. The king bed in our room was extremely comfy and the room itself lovely. The room had a coffee pot and they even gave you biscuits to have with your coffee. The staff was... More

This hotel has a ridiculous health and safety system (as explained by staff), There is a flashing green and red light above the bed, and a very bright industrial emergency escape (white) light above the door, that prohibits a good night’s sleep. If you have problems with flashing lights then avoid this hotel at all costs. Management gave the excuse... More

At one end of the Temple Bar/Fleet street music and pub scene, the hotel is surprisingly quiet (not quiet like a graveyard, but quieter than I frankly expected given it's VERY central location). Staff are professional, courteous, and always ready to help you sort things out. You won't play a soccer (oops sorry - football) match in our room, but... More
