Visited as part of a tour group and extended our stay to visit with friends. Very nice hotel. Rooms were great, staff were friendly. The restaurant seemed very crowded at breakfast and they seemed to run out of items with no one replacing them. There is a good coffee/pastry take out on the bottom floor that is as good as... More

I landed here at 7am on Monday 19th sep for attending a training for 5 days in the hotel. My booking said that checkin is at 2pm. So I went to the reception and requested that I get wifi access until the training kicked off. And to my surprise, the kind gentleman at reception gave me the room immediately. What... More

There is nothing wrong with this hotel. It is well maintained, staff is effective and friendly, It is clean, with a huge restaurant. I just think that it is better suited for attending an event in the Ballsbridge area (which is why we were there), than it is a location for enjoying all that Dublin has to offer. We had... More

We stayed at this lovely hotel for the the first leg of our honeymoon. The location is great. It's on a main road that leads to the heart of Dublin, but is far enough away that you don't have the noise of a bustling city right outside. We rented a car (a must if staying in Ireland!) which made getting... More

I stayed her for two nights, found the hotel very busy, particularly, at breakfast time. It was a bit of a queue to get all the breakfast food together. Bedroom was very clean, good wifi, tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom. I also attended a conference dinner there, it took a longtime to have everybody served. Front reception... More

We spent three nights here while in town for the Georgia Tech - Boston College (American) football game. It is an older building originally constructed (we were told) as a Masonic orphanage/school. The staff were friendly and courteous, and even allowed us to look about inside the wedding hall. There are some limitations in housing a modern hotel in an... More

Stayed for 2 nights while attending the ESBES conference in the Royal Dublin Society. Very warm welcome and shown to room which was large, very clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful and everything provided, including a grooming kit and shoe shine in every room alongside trouser press and iron.

Beautiful and relaxing afternoon carvery lunch with a choice of numerous freshly cooked meats, creamed, roast & baby boiled potatoes and lovely selection of vegetables. Excellent service and attention from staff, chef & manager too. Moved then from Restaurant to relax in lounge bar to watch football and relaxing few drinks, brilliant day and evening. I attended a recent wedding in the Clayton Hotel Ballbridge which was very expensive compared to normal dates in the calendar. This hotel is quite expensive but lacks the quality of other hotels in the area. With their function room one had to go down stairs to use the wash room or if you required a drink while in the...
