Checked in on the 19th July about 10pm, eight of us stood in front of the reception desk tired and wanting to check in. The two reception staff totally ignored us, the male was speaking to a staff cleaning member for over 5 minutes, the female assistant was on the phone. Not an iota of acknowledgement to us that they... More

I stayed here with my partner in June for one night and we were treated like royalty by the hotel staff. They couldn't do enough for us! The hotel itself was beautiful, and the room was lovely. We will definitely stay here again!

We booked in the Tower Suite for 1 night. What a waste of money. It sounded great - a room split over 3 levels. They are no curtains/blinds so there's no chance of a lie in. Seriously, how can you have a bedroom with no curtains/blinds??? The hotel is very run-down and needs a serious renovation. Only for the bus... More

That was terrible experience from start to finish. Not enough parking. I booked and paid extra for a family room, but just got a bunk bed squeezed into and ordinary room, No aircon in middle of summer. The whole hotel feels like it could do with a good clean and the breakfast was terrible. It was self service, but the... More

This hotel is expensive (3 times as much as the Stormont in Belfast where I frequently stay on business - an equivalent 4 star hotel). We had booked a family room for four (Two grandparents and grandchildren aged 12 and 6. The room faced onto a parking area for coaches which above eye level. It had just two queen size... More

Our booking started out a little rocky as I had booked 10 rooms from my hen party through booking.com before Christmas. Unfortunately, even though I had selected the "pay on arrival" option, the full amount for all 10 rooms was taken from my bank account only a few weeks before Christmas. As you can imagine, I wasn't very happy about... More

Stayed here with a group of friends for a hen night and have to say I will be back. Aside from the value the staff were so helpful and friendly. They couldn't do enough for us and always with a smile.

Spent two comfortable nights here while involved in meeting at the nearby Irish Research Council. Rooms of high standard. Breakfasts first class. Only downside was that it was a bit noisy one of the nights due to a guest probably "enjoying" the bar too much, and causing a bit of a rumpus in the corridor in the early hours. Not... More

Our family of four stayed here recently and found it a very good hotel. It had enough underground parking and check-in was efficient with very friendly staff. The room was clean and well-decorated with good wi-fi but a bit too warm at night. The main downside was the price -- we'd unwittingly booked the same night two big concerts were... More

I stayed at this hotel the first and last day of a bus tour. The rooms were nice, clean and bright. Staff was very friendly and professional. It was located in a classier part of town, near the US Embassy. Would definitely stay there again.
