Good hotel. Rooms are smaller than in the US, but the location is probably much of why. The location is decent. While it's not right in the center of Dublin, the walk isn't very far. They offer all the same kinds of amenities in the rooms as the US Hiltons. Most impressive for me was working with the night manager... More

this hotel was in the perfect location for our first and last stop in ireland. other than available parking options, everything about the hotel is what you expect from a hilton. Staff was friendly and helpful. just blocks away from most things we wanted to experience in dublin, but also many cabs and the train right outside

Lovely hotel which has improved greatly in the last couple of years. Plentiful breakfasts and the bar has a good buzz in the evenings. Rooms are clean adequate and provide Hilton toiletries. By far the best thing about this hotel are the staff. All of them are friendly welcoming and efficient. The Luas is handy outside the door which is... More

This hotel is good and nice. I had room on first floor, wifi didnt work good, my bed was uncomfortable, and room was noisy. I expected something different from Hilton hotel. Staff was nice and helpful.

I visited Dublin with a good friend and though we only spent one night at this hotel the accommodations were very nice. We had twin beds, which I have never seen travelling in the US, so that was nice. The bed was very comfortable and the location of the hotel was great. We were able to walk to Grafton street,... This hotel is nicely located right next to/under the Luas tram line. With 10 minutes the tram will get you to St. Stephens Green, which is next to the city center (2,30 euro single ride/6,80 for a day pass). The hotel is nicely situated at the water stream. Rooms are nice and clean. Ac works quite well and gets the... More

Like a Hilton all over the world. You can't go wrong. Breakfast buffet is a bit better than some. Really good place to stay at beginning or the very end of your trip to Ireland. Restaurant in hotel is good. But if you are looking for local cover there is a nice little pub just across the street

My wife and I recently spent 2 nights at the hotel. The first night, we asked for a room away from the tram tracks and we ended up with a room facing the courtyard. The room was very quiet. Because we used Honor Points, the hotel would not include breakfast, which I thought was a little tacky. On our return... More

Down to Dublin on a quick visit to meet friends . Called into the Hilton for a coffee. As expressed in my last review the place shows just how things are done and other outlets should take note. Staff very friendly and customer focused. Looking forward to a return visit in the near future.
